The customer service is excellent and I am really enjoying the coffee so far. I signed up for the mystery coffee subscription and I love both roasts I've tried so far. I had a minor issue because I live nearby and preferred local pickup but got my first order shipped and had to pay the shipping fee. I might have made the error when signing up, or it might have been a computer glitch or a mistake in their system, but it didn't matter because they fixed it asap and refunded the shipping with no hassles or questions. I am very satisfied and would recommend them to anybody that like good fresh coffee.

Great response time to my e-mail about ordering a larger quantity of Ti Amo (which is the most delicious coffee I've had in a very long time). Very courteous service and quick delivery. So proud that you represent coffee excellence and you're right here in NEPA. I know Ti Amo is your limited-release Valentine's Blend but I wish it was offered more than once a year. Ethiopian coffee is just that good, and it takes an expert hand to roast it light enough to bring out the inherent fruity and floral notes. Very pleased!

Ordering a large order on line was easy and quick. They gave me the option of having the 102 bags of ground coffee delivered to my office at no charge!!! Who does that anymore??? I was incredibly grateful and thrilled with such attentive and professional service and always a stellar product.

I have only tried Blue Moon coffee pods because I am quite satisfied with it. I like a coffee with body but not overly strong either and Blue Moon fits the bill. Thank you, Mary for all your hard work.

the on time delivery process was flawless and on time and the flavors of coffee are second to none, as I after many years in Radio all over the country, as they say "Been the Done that" all over the US and none better than "Electric City Coffe" and yes I am talking Scranton Pa.
