Ich hatte ein Problem mit meinem Subwoofer. Ich bekam blitzschnell Antwort vom Support und mir wurden völlig kostenlos Firmwaresticks und ein Kabel für ein Update zugesandt.
Das Problem ist gelöst.

Habe die Elac 211-4Pi von meinem Opa geerbt, ich kann nur eins sagen, trotz des Alters stellt sie 80% der neuen Lautsprecher in den Schatten.
Top Qualität und Sound.

Seit Mitte der 90er Jahre bin ich sehr tief mit Elac verbunden und ausnahmslos alle Lautsprecher sind seither Elac gewesen. Immer hoch zufrieden und nie ein Problem oder gar Defekt! Leider hat es meinen neuen Referenz Subwoofer Varro RS700 erwischt, und die Verbindung zur App war nicht mehr möglich. Die Anfragen per Mail an Elac wurden prompt beantwortet, wurden aber sehr kurz gehalten. Am Ende sollte ich den Subwoofer (25kg) einschicken und erst durch erneutes nachfragen, reichte dann glücklicherweise nur die Elektronik. Nach dem kostenlosen einsenden über den Händler an Elac passierte rein gar nichts mehr. Wochenlang keinerlei Kommunikation, keine Eingangsbestätigung, keine Rückmeldung wie die nächsten Schritte sind nichts! Nach einer Rückfrage, hieß es man soll sich gedulden. Nach 4 Wochen war dann meine Geduld am Ende und ich schrieb dem Händler. Plötzlich war innerhalb von 3 Tagen eine laut Lieferschein neue Endstufe da. Ich erwarte von einem Hersteller Made in Germany den man gerne die Treue hält und auch sehr viel Geld da lässt einfach eine ganz andere Art der Kommunikation. Auch wenn am Ende alles via Garantie problemlos war und auch die 4 Wochen nicht das Problem sind, so ist das schweigen einfach ein Zeichen von wenig Wertschätzung gegenüber treuen Kunden. Ob es zukünftig eine Entscheidung spielt bei neuen Lautsprechern wird man sehen. Den diese sind eigentlich Top!

I bought the Elac 2050 subwoofer in 2018 as new. 7 years later (now) it is useless. I cant connect to the subwoofer anymore because the subwoofer cant be found from a newer bluetooth device, as an exemple a Samsung mobile device.

Cant get no support regarding this issue from Elac, and they're advise is to get an older device that can connect to the sub to use as a remote.

Unfortunate that they sell products that may be useless in a couple of years and not follow the modern day development. Allthough all new bluetooth versions is backward compatible to earlier versions of bluetooth Elac ignores to cooperate with that fact with at least Elac sub 2050.

Das ist mal ein Laden, wo nicht lange gefackelt, sondern gemacht wird. Sehr kundenorientiert, sehr empfehlenswert und klasse Produkte.

Ich habe mir den Subwoofer RS-700 Reference von Elac gegönnt und muss sagen, der Klang ist wirklich genial und sauber. Ich hatte vorher einen Klipsch Bassreflex Subwoofer in meinem Heimkino gehabt und war von Diesem total enttäuscht, da er oftmals nur gewummert, gedröhnt und Raummoden hatte. Ich habe den Elac gestern angeschlossen und eingemessen, der Klang einfach nur perfekt, die Mitten, Höhen und Bässe kommen so wie sie sollen. Was soll ich sagen, ich habe mich vorher monatelang mit dem alten Subwoofer rumschieben, einmessen usw. rumgeärgert und hier einmal eingemessen und man bekommt das Grinsen nicht mehr weg. Kann den Subwoofer nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen, er kostet zwar in der Anschaffung, aber es lohnt sich.

Ich hatte ein Paar Aktivlautsprecher AM150 gekauft. Der Klang hatte mich überzeugt. Der Preis ist nach meiner Einschätzung angemessen. Negativ finde ich, dass bei Ansteuerung über optisches Kabel am PC ein lautes scharfes Knacken beim Einschalten des PCs zu hören ist. Auch negativ war, dass eine Box abrauchtte ohne dass ich sie zu stark ausgesteuert habe. Ich hatte sie analog am kopfhörerausgang des PCs betrieben. Die Behandlung der Reparatur verdient meine Anerkennung. Es wurde zwar festgestellt, dass ein Totalschaden außerhalb der Gewährleistungspflicht vorlag. Dennoch wurde eine faire Lösung gefunden. Ich bin überzeugt, dass ELAC eine der wenigen qualitätsbewusten Firmen mit guter direkter Kundenbetreuung ist. Nach vielen Enttäuschungen bei anderen Unterhaltungselektronikunternehmen wie Sony, Philipps, Panasonic, Motorola usw... war das ein Beispiel, wie man es besser macht. Ich empfehle ELAC weiter und hoffe, dass sie ihre Produkte stabilisieren können.

Needed replacement drivers for my classic ELAC 330 JET speakers and, although it took some time, Charles in ELAC customer service worked some true magic and found the replacements drivers and tweeters. I can now use my ELAC's for many more years to come! Please note: The speakers blew due to a friend messing with my SONOS volume, not due to the speaker quality. These speakers are powerhouses and extremely unique! Thank you Charles and ELAC!

Bought some elac debut b6.2 speakers from a dealer that sells on amazon, I heard all the hype and I've been bitten by 5 star speaker reviews in the past, anyway my speakers at the time of purchase were mission cyrus 781 speakers, which have a fantastic bass response that sounds huge they were 499 pounds back in 1989, I really thought the new speakers would be hard pushed to beat the missions, but what a surprise I had, although the missions are definitely bangers with the bass, these elac speaker beat them on the mids and highs, the bass is also good, not as boomy as the 781s but very much more controlled than them, for a speaker smaller than the missions, and 4db lower in sensitivity, this mattered not one bit, I've owned 1000 pound missions and kef speakers in the past,these debut b6.2 can compete with speakers of much higher value, my only downside was the build of the cabs, looks like you will need to be very carefull with the corners so they don't start splitting over time or if you move them around alot.. I already knew of this problem as elac state they spent the money on the internal parts and bracing rather than the box... Best speaker under 300 pound without doubt, and that straight out of the box🤘

Den Kundenservice von ELAC kann ich nur loben. Ich hatte mir bei meiner FS 407 den Hochtöner verbrannt. Ein Telefonat und das Problem war gelöst. Übersendung ohne Vorkasse. Das gibt es heute kaum noch.

I ordered from elac. com /outlet for USA residents only. I ordered the B stock debut b6.2 today but it doesn't show an ETA or a cancel order button. There's no way to tell if this is a scam or not. The only way to track the order is from shopify. Their shipping policy says it needs 2 business days to ship but you would assume if there's an online store they'd give you more details about the shipping on purchase.

Purchased an Elac PP2 - having numerous by issues with the defective unit. Their customer service department is horrible at communicating and updating with status. I have officially filed a tech support ticket, and I constantly request for responses ..... weeks between responses. The unit finally came back after 2 mos of me badgering. Now it's worse than before. I have hi-end Hifi gear and assumed their hi-di products are well represented by their support statements. Not the case!
Even though you replied to this service complaint: As of today 6/4/23, still waiting for my follow-up response to my request to repair or replace.
The request is ticket#29896, for the US based customer service response and email through their web portal. Anything you can do to help them give the appropriate level of customer support is appreciated.
Update as of 6/8 still no response from customer services- the elac products are built as hi end audio, and they perform as such- but buyers beware if their high end elac purchases of audio and priced as such fails. They do not support their products very well. Service is atrocious Elac, you are not representing a good experience for the high end market you want to serve! Buyer beware!

Maybe the worst customer service!!!!
I sent them 3 emails asking me information about a model and they answer me in the last email.They say they will forward my email to the office in Germany to some dude and he answer me after 2 days that he is on vacation and he will answer me after 19th of july.So as i understand a huge company like Elac has only one employee on customer service and if he is on vacation thats it no customer service!!!

The Gerrmans generaly are not famous for their customer service especially if your are not a German, if you know what i mean!!!

I ordered speakers from Elac on December 5 and my credit card was charged on December 6. I was sent a FedEx tracking number for a shipping label. FedEx has told me that no package was given to them. I do not believe Customer Service actually exists. Emails go unanswered. Holiday gift is ruined and my patience is getting thin. Bill

Speakers arrived and my son and I listened via Bluetooth to his choices of music. Thus far I like the soundstage produced but is a little light as expected. The main thing is my son loved them.

Habe den Sub 3070 in Betrieb. Das Anschliessen und Einmessen via App ist problemlos und hervorragend. Ich benutze den Sub zur Unterstützung des Panasonic LZW2004 und bin begeistert. Er hebt den guten Klang des TVs in eine neue Dimension. HIFi Puristen mögen die Nase ab meiner Gerätekonfiguration rümpfen, für mich jedoch bietet diese Konfiguration audiofielen Genuss. Und Heimkino vom Feinsten. Danke Elac

I purchased the unifi UB5 bookshelf speakers and I absolutely love it them. I listen to music on them daily as my therapy, but unfortunately I am having problems. The spider seems to have separated from the cone and now the woofers are moving a ridiculous amount and they can't handle even low power. I am having a hard time getting Elac to respond to my emails, I really need some help with these. They were just purchased at the end of 2020 and I am already having issues. I hope Elac contacts me and offers to do something as I am saving up to buy more speakers from them.

Immer freundliche und sachlich kompetente Auskünfte. Ich hatte ein technisches Problem mit einer FS249.3 und wurde über das Telefon bestens angeleitet um der Ursache auf den Grund zu gehen. Ebenso wurde mir ein Sub 2030 auf Kulanz ersetzt der einen technischen Defekt aufwies.

Ich bin enttäuscht von der Firma Elac, ich hatte so viel Vorfreude und wurde letztlich von dem High End Produkt im Stich gelassen. Es handelt sich um den Sub 3070. Wer näheres erfahren möchte kann mich gern anschreiben.

Meine ELAC Boxen (Elac EL 121 AS Spez II) laufen immer noch perfekt!

I’ve owned esoteric hifi in the past such as Krell, Nakamichi, Magnaplanar and Linn so reckon I know a good sound and as such I’m qualified to comment.

I’ve just bought a pair of Elac Debut 5.2 speakers and they are breathtaking. Driven by a Yamaha RS202D, the bass is warm with punchy mid range and peaky, bright treble. The soundstage is broad and totally submersive with the ability to just carry me away. For the size and cost, I can’t imagine anything else coming close. One note, make sure you use good quality cable, I’m using 4mm, 79 strand OFC and it’s perfect for providing a clean, dynamic sound. Designed by the speaker oracle Andrew Jones, I can’t recommend these speakers highly enough. Highly, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! +++++
