Two men from EJ Moves showed up to provide removal services from our flat in London, to our house in Essex. They were excellent, gave me a 1 hour arrival time slot and called to say how long they would be. When they arrived they were keen, polite and extremely efficient. They worked very hard, dismantling furniture and packing the boxes. At the other end, they arrived in good time (what traffic would allow), were again extremely polite and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Clean and tidy work men. I would definitely use them again. Many thanks for a job well done.

Had this company moving some furniture for some residents on our site in Sussex. They were sun bathing with basically no clothes on, playing music out of their van extremely loud ignoring neighbours requests to turn it down, smoking and leaving cigarette butts on the grass. When kindly asked to leave multiple times they refused and began to use threatening behaviour towards staff.

Only after the police were about to be called did they leave.

EJ Moves were highly recommended by a work colleague. I was surprised and appreciative that they were able to undertake the removal at such short notice (2 working days). They provided an excellent service yet the price quoted was surprisingly low compared to other companies. My father-in-law was very pleased with how smoothly everything went and with how polite the men doing the work were. C.A.

First of all - Eddie was very quick in responding and able to ensure that they will be able to do the job.

They arrived early ready to start, both men who came were polite and went to work right away. Eddie and the team were able to give me a mattress protector which was great as my mattress was very expensive and I didn’t want this to get dirty (weather was raining the entire time.)

Arriving at the house (it’s a new build) - we did put carpet proctector down already however they put an additional carpets and blankets, not one mark on my new cream carpets! Quick and efficient- great value for money. Highly recommend!

Excellent service provided from first minute. The guys goes above and beyond the expectations. No problems of dismantling and assembling furniture. Lifting heavy items secure and safely. Overall very pleased with services. Highly recommended.

I used this company 2 weeks ago and the men were 15 minutes early from the scheduled time. Really polite, reliable and they got the job done quickly and effectively. My belongings were in good condition after the move was complete with no damage.

Now Taking Legal Action

As I cannot get a response from anyone and despite the reply to my review stating I was offered another van (which I patently wasn't, as it was far too late on the Thursday before Good Friday and would've been the 3RD VAN), I have still not got my deposit back. I also incurred extra costs for storage due to not vacating when I had to.

And, for the record "Eddie", communication was shocking, I had to chase you EVERY time for updates. The "discount" you offered me was £20......once the job was complete and paid for in full, because you have overheads to cover! Welcome to the world of business.

Used these guys last weekend at short notice their service was exceptional nothing was too much trouble.

I moved from a flat on the 7th floor to a house.. what an incredible job from start to finish. Arrived on time (8:30am), handled everything brilliantly and looked after all of our stuff. There was a delay getting keys, but it was all taken in their stride. I would highly reccomend EJ Moves to anyone.

Outstanding. I would recommend this company very highly. The removal men were polite on time, professional. Nothing was too much. They were efficient and hard working. I had had a nightmare with my previous move so was very nervous but they couldn't have been better.
