All very efficient on the move into and the move out of storage

Great price and service, easy process start to finish. Would definitely use again.

The entire team worked incredibly hard throughout the day (until 11:30pm) and Peter, responsible for taking my booking and coordinating the move, was both extremely friendly and very efficient. All items were transported expertly and without a scratch, and were miraculously manoeuvred into spaces and rooms that seemed to defy physics. Five stars all round.

Brilliant service and would definitely recommend and use again. They went above and beyond. Disassembled and built a tv bed as well as desks and furniture. Carried an extremely heavy dining room table up stairs and were careful and polite throughout. I moved the date of the move several times and added additional stops and they were always able to accommodate with the minimum of fuss. Great service!

The EJ team were great. Came on time, very efficient and very flexible when we found that there were a few extra things to move. Easy to do business with and very friendly staff. Top notch quality for rates that were almost half what we got from other quotes. Would recommend them to anyone.

We had a lot of things to move and dispose of. The guys spent a lot of care and time to figure out how to fit everything into the truck, and filled it to the brim! EJMoves was also flexible to our requests in terms of helping us dispose of larger furniture items that we didn't want to take with us, so it saved us time and money to find an extra furniture disposal company. Ryan was also extremely helpful with the pre-move communication and post-move follow-up. It took a whole day for the removal and it's certainly hard work from the guys (definitely deserving of a big kudos!)

I found EJ Moves to be very professional and helpful. The guys arrived on time and worked very hard to move all my furniture over to my new home. Everything arrived in one piece and I was very happy with the service. I will be using them again for help shortly.

The guys from EJ moves went all the way to provide the best service. They worked relentless till the move was completed. Important to agree in detail on everything that needs to be moved so there’s no confusion.

Wonderful service. Service Rep was always available leading up to the move. On the day the guys were quick, efficient and careful. Took everything they could without issue, and unloaded everything to whichever room we needed it in.

Very impressive service - the two men were efficient and careful in what was quite a difficult move from a third floor residence. They were very helpful, polite and cheerful, putting together the big bed and a table without fuss, and placing things neatly where asked. They arrived punctually and the move was accomplished successfully in very good time.

Excellent, fast and professional service

Our drivers delivered our items and were caught drinking out my kitchen tap! Granted it was hot weather, but considering it’s a pandemic, the driver was unvaccinated and generally you don’t drink out of someone’s take in a professional sense, it was completely absurd! When I asked the driver to stop he argued back with me, at which point I am now defending why it’s not alright for him to drink from my tap, and he is now laughing and walking away. Why do I need to justify why someone working shouldn’t drink from my tap outside of a pandemic let alone when we’re in one - what planet is this?! I reported it, asked for it to be investigated and asked for a refund. I was told it would be escalated to operations. I followed up numerous times and got no reply. We also have a dent in our new fridge.

Great service on the day from the 2 guys. They were total workhorses and did not stop. Ryan was great on communication and i would definitely recommend them. Would have liked a little bit more clarity on the cost earlier on in the process and to be fair I did not confirm the numbers of boxes till nearer the time anyway but it was value for money and I would use them again. Very efficient and helpful, from first discussions with Ryan, through to completion of move. The three guys who did the move were very polite and courteous, did a splendid job quickly and carefully.

5 start experience. The chap in the office (Peter) was very patient and professional. I needed to move my date and he did his best to accommodate me despite the busy schedule.
The guys who did the actual move were also very good. Took extra care with the fragile items and managed to getting everything in the van in one go. Made the whole moving experience significantly less stressful
