Have contacted multiple times on multiple platforms following with unpleasant and unprofessional responses. Has been over a month and a half since order was placed and they reply checky to my emails ignoring the parts I demand a refund have had to get onto my bank to resolve this and be refunded
this company is a scam, they have now rebranded to another name to scam some more people on instagram, refused to refund my money so im going to report them let the authorities trace them , i would avoid like a plague order the jersey from china yourself
Awful experience. Ordered on the 6th of February with the intention of having the top for St. Patrick’s Day. Waited the full month before emailing as I didn’t receive clear guidelines on expected delivery. When I hadn’t received an update I sent an email and have not got a response yet. Really disappointing service altogether
Awful. Don't use this company. Ordered a jersey 22nd Dec and had a question immediately so sent an email then. Realised it was Christmas so I was patient and tried to contact them again a couple times in New Year and never got a reply. It was then late delivery also so contacted again 15th Jan to say I was going to report them to my credit card company. I got an immediate response.....one liner "Your order was sent". That's all. No other info. 2 days later I got an email from Eire Clothing that appears to have been sent to multiple customers saying they were having a problem with their supplier (in China) and in order for them to still make a profit on the sale I needed to pay a further €18 to get my order out of customs!!!! Make of that what you will. They also said they are not jn a position to issue a refund. Beggars belief!! Don't go there is all I can say.
As someone else reviewed....if I could give a zero I would.
Ordered a jersey for a Christmas present at the beginning of December. Tracked the parcel and there hasn’t been any change in delivery status. It’s over a month now and still no update. I emailed the company and also used their online chat bot but still haven’t heard anything. Poor customer experience. I’m very disappointed and would not recommend buying from Eire clothing,
