Paid for 2 jerseys in November 25 and extra for customs no sign ..scammers

Scam Absolute Scam, My daughter ordered T shirts in November and been trying to get a refund alive Jsnuary 2026, it’s now March 2026 and nothing.
I have been talking to a guy called Loui and he’s told me he refunded the money back to my daughter account, even sent a fake video with the transfer.
Absolute scammers.

SCAM!!!!!! My partner ordered 3 tops for our daughter, ordered in October and haven’t heard a word until 3 weeks ago, the to be told they were on the way, still waiting, asked for a refund, still no communication!! £280 down the toilet!! Thanks but no thanks!!! DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!!

No jersey after 7 weeks, they finally email saying saying 250 customers can each pay €18 to release the jerseys from customs, you already got €80 for a non existent jersey why don’t you do the decent thing and pay the customers. I won’t be paying the €18, so can you give me an estimated date of arrival??? 2030 perhaps??? 🫢, Shambles of a business !!!”

Complete scammers ordered 3 jersey sets back in September and still haven’t heard a thing from them and we are now in December!! Have emailed multiple times with no reply a joke of a company. I will be talking the matter further to get my money back €150 nearly down the drain.

I ordered a kneecap jersey for my autistic daughters birthday on the 7th of October. I still haven't received it. Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered but my daughter was so excited about it. €68.00 down the drain. Zero answers back from emails unfortunately

I ordered from Jersey House on 6/09/2025 and never received anything now well into November no updates tried to contact multiple times via insta tik tok email radio silence AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I ordered a jersey on October 04th, it is now 17th November... Still no jersey.. I have made many many many attempts to contact the company to no avail, I would avoid this comany at all cost. My next step isd to raise a dispute with my oayment method.

I ordered a kneecap jersey in august and it is now October , 2 months and still not received costed €70 and was total scam i sent lots of emails and no reply , can’t track my package either as they don’t do that Don’t waste your time buying from this company Total scam .

I ordered a jersey on 1st of September for a birthday gift for the 4th of October, it is the 9th October now and I have not received it. I sent a message last week and it said up to 22 working days….past that now so messaged yesterday requesting a delivery date or refund and have heard nothing. UPDATE: 17th October, no response to instagram messages, email and comment on their Tik tok post asking that they track my order and let me know a timeline. I can’t track it and the link I had to view the status has expired because it’s been that long. UPDATE 29th Oct: No response to any of the ways I’ve reached out to them and no delivery. Lesson learned and €60.30 down the drain. I only trusted them because an Irish influencer was gifted/promoting one of their jerseys but have messaged him to advise that other people are being scammed. UPDATE 9th Dec 2025: I raised a dispute on the transaction on 21st Nov and Revolut provisionally refunded my account with the full amount and chased them up, they disputed it but could not provide any evidence of where they engaged with me or tracking details so Revolut have just told me that it is successful and I can keep the refund. Seriously stay away from this company. Two thumbs up for Revolut though.

I ordered this product June 1, 2025 and paid for expedited shipping (5 to 10 business days) an extra $38.00 in order to receive it per your website and my order confirmation (see attached screenshots). My order SAT IN JAMAICA NY FROM JUNE 3 TO JUNE 26, A TOTAL OF 17 BUSINESS DAYS before it moved at all!!!! I finally recd the ordered product July 2, 2025, a FULL 21 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER SHIPPING LABEL WAS CREATED. The label shows USPS Ground Advantage, which USPS states 3 to 5 business days to arrive on their website. (See attached screenshots). Since I paid for expedited shipping and tracking shows it sat idle for weeks. NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM FOTBALL JERSEY COMPANY BASED IN AUSTIN TX!!!!!!!

The jersey looked great and matched the design I ordered. Quality was better than expected for the price. Shipping, however, took nearly two weeks, and tracking updates were limited. Worth it if you plan ahead.

Slow shipping, unresponsive customer service, and sizing issues make ordering risky. Some problems eventually get resolved, but the overall experience lacks reliability.

These guys are absolutely the worst around. DO NOT BUY a jersey from them. They sent me a men's medium instead of a youth medium. It was far too large. I sent them a picture of it on my 11 year old boy and the tag stating it was a men's medium and not youth medium. They asked me for more measurements. I sent them what they requested and waited 3 weeks for a response. They acted like they didn't get them and asked me again. This time I sent them a video. They said "thanks for the video" but we need the measurements. I was close to calling VISA for a chargeback at that point, but sent the measurements again. We're now near two months since I was to get the jersey which was supposed to be for my son's birthday. Not once did these jerks apologize for making the error. They did not provide for a return address for the one I had, NOR did they provide a shipping label. It is not my problem or fault that they shipped the wrong one. Like Amazon, they can provide a shipping label if they want the wrong jersey returned. I should NOT be responsible for this.

They did not.

Subsequently they sent me a false tracking number 3 weeks ago. I've been waiting since Feb 28th for the proper sized jersey to return, and NOTHING. Canada Post states that no such shipment is in progress. They're lying.

Today they said "Our warehouse hasn't received the other jersey and can we print instead of embroider the NIKE logo!"

What is this? They didn't ship the new jersey? Further, they haven't provided an address to ship the other one back to, or a shipping label. I will NOT be paying for a shipping label.

Don't do business with these scammers please save the time and money and just buy a local legitimate jersey even if it costs a bit more...it's worth it rather than the hours of time consumed dealing with these losers.

I ordered an Eustáquio #7 jersey. The pic on the website showed the accent over the "a", but it came without. I emailed them to find out what's up with the error. They suggested/asked me to order a different player jersey. They wouldn't explain why they couldn't make a jersey like in their picture.

I ordered a Davies #19 to replace. It came yesterday, with Davies' name and the #7 instead of the #19.

They are not returning my emails.

Edit: they have now returned my email, stating that "since it was a Davies jersey, the warehouse put #7 on it." Their own pictures on their website shows Davies #19 and Eustáquio #7. This is truly a facepalm moment.

Ordered but still have not received my jersey
Sent numerous emails. Tried the chat bot with no success. Zero response. Horrible company.

BUYER BEWARE: I purchased a jersey 8 weeks ago and it has been with the courier for 5 weeks. I contacted the courier and they told me the sender should start a claim as the shipment was lost. Contacted Jersey House and they just keep giving me the run around and won’t start a claim. Very frustrating and I’m not getting any resolution. Don’t recommend!

Purchase a soccer jersey. Have yet to receive it. Click "track order" and it says there's no shipping info. Oh and the kicker: the website is shut down!!!!

I ordered a baseball jersey and it was terrible quality - not as advertised on their website and pictures. I understand these come from China and are replicas but I expected far superior quality for $80.

Their customer service has been terrible and not helpful whatsoever. I waited weeks for a response and when I followed up, their response was a copy and paste of my original email.
