1/2 was shipped and delivered fairly quickly the other 1/2 took a month. Fortunately I was in no hurry for any of it.

Vessel bit set will be very useful, good buy. Once again the Klein worklamps ( this is the sixth one that I purchased) came thru in good shape . The supplied batteries of the last two I bought were mostly dead, but I expected it because these lamps have probably been on the shelf for a long time. (the batteries weren't really part of the deal anyway). ... replaced the quality dead batteries with equal quality batteries and the lamp lit up bright and intense . None of the Klein lamps that I purchased have been faulty or failed; battery life is good/excellent in low intensity mode. ... wouldn't be without them, now .

easy to order, quick service, fair pricing

I dont have any issue with this delivery, I do have an issue with my 2 "tuckpointing striker jointers that I ordered over a "Month" now and I have NOT received any updates or even a "courtesy" e-mail to explain the delay. I hope this situation gets resolved soon. Not happy

I would like for this company to be more transparent with their customers

Similar to BB, they prepared the label, then no action. I contacted them and they said item will come back in stock at a later date. They strung this along and then never sent the item and won't refund the money.

Item arrived damaged

Item was stalled at facility. I had to send several e-mails to get the shipping process started.

This was my first order with EIO. Ordering was very easy and drama-free. I placed my order on January 2nd and it was delivered just 2 days later on January 4th!

That was faster than the estimated shipping time and my order was correct and well packaged.

I’ll be doing more business with EIO in the future.
