The canopy still after having replaced the button 3 times now on the rear window to open it still is a problem, it will not inlock, contacting warranty as suggested was a waste of time. EGR need to update the mechanism so that it will work under all conditions
I will never recommend this product.
To add as per your request, I sent a letter with details which EGR auto would have got Feb this year, I never got a reply.

Like someone a few comments below, my rear window on my canopy exploded on its own. It’s all caught on my security camera which shows nothing around that may have caused this. Was told even though it’s only been installed for just over 12 months it would not be covered by warranty as it might have had a stone chip and if not then it’s just bad luck and must of been from the heat (day in the low 30’s) If it wasn’t caught on camera I wouldn’t believe it myself. So now I’m supposed to pay $880 + for a new back window and just hope I have better luck that it doesn’t explode again. The only positive thing is it didn’t happen 10mins later when my 2 young children walked past through all the glass and cop it in the face. If you live any where even remotely warm avoid this product.

Lost for words, unfortunately I found the rear window had exploded inside a locked garage. The outside temperatures 32 degrees with inside temperatures potentially 38. Is this a common issue with EGR canopies due to high temperatures on curved glass and if so wouldn’t it be a design fault.

Ordered the EGR load shield had it fitted but it really is not worth the money. Had my Ute parked up one evening when it was raining and in the morning the tub was full of water. Spoke to the dealer and the only solution was putting a bit of foam tape on the tub corners. I really regret purchasing this. The only thing it is shielding is people’s eyes from what’s inside.

I needed some J brackets for new Ranger - Ford dealer had no stock & no ETA, did a Google Search and found EGR, They had stock, good price and delivery took less than a week!

When they installed it. It was poorly done tub liner was not cut straight and foam rubber down bottom was in wrong spot would not recommend going there again

everything went smooth. I liked the electronic notification process.

Shame to write this review as the product looks very well made however I had fitted as they say it's water tight 99%, more like 50% water pours in, it's cheap maybe for a reason, maybe look at the mountaintop ones as recommended by Ford

Very nice kit took me less than a half an hour to put it on the truck I like this kit better because it uses screws to bolt it on the hood and some of the high end other kits only use double-sided tape that could fail and fall off your truck. Thank you EGR for making a very easy product to install

Had painted EGR Fender Flares fitted yesterday by a true master craftsman Josh @ EGR Brisbane. My 4x4 is brand new and it has been covered in $10k of PPF wrap so the degree of difficulty was higher than a normal fender install job. Josh put in an amazing effort and his attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to get the best result while keeping me informed and updated as he progressed was reassuring. I 100% recommend EGR to install your products.

Was reasonably easy to fit, even for someone with limited DIY skills such as myself. Have driven on some dusty road so and so far it seems to work okay; however, the real test will come when I head off on my trips next year in the mid-west and Goldfields Regions of WA.

Delivery - Very Prompt - about 3 weeks after ordering.
Very well packed for shipping.
Top quality product well made with an excellent finish.
Fitting instructions....good.
Downside... Interior light is poor.... too small.
Switch is not easily accessible, Light is not solidly mounted to the Canopy and moves when the on button is pressed....

I bought my EGR canopy second hand. Had no issues all working order... when it was hot one of the rear side glass windows imploded/exploded out of warranty of course, I got fixed thankfully through insurance but was incredibly hard to source the replacement... just last week the opposite side imploded/exploded, ive learnt via the first window debacle that when they're manufactured with imperfections the Windows can explode in the heat... what are the chances of 2 Windows doing it? Obviously shoddy workmanship, I am disappointed with this brand product and will never buy anything EGR again.
