Baljinder the designer was great from start to finish, and Sharan the fitter was also very helpful. Amazing products and even better people.

Bajinder Singh, Senior Design Consultant, was my first and main point of contact for EGI and what an outstanding service he provided. His communication skills, experience, technical product knowledge and design recommendations completely exceeded all expectations. All my queries were promptly answered, even outside of business hours, through the appropriate communication mediums, Phone, WhatsApp, text and/or email allowing me to make quick decisions. I highlight this because I did not receive this kind of service from the various other companies I was considering. Additionally, Baljinder’s punctuality and efficiency resulted in him providing timely quotations, ahead of his competitors and at very competitive prices.

Sharan and Jaggan were the professional fitters of the wardrobes and they continued the outstanding service. Sharan and Jaggan were punctual every morning, even after a 60-90 minute commute, worked extremely fast throughout and did not let the quality of the fitting suffer. They make a great team and have left a very high quality finish on wardrobes which hopefully I can enjoy for years to come. Additionally, they cleaned up after themselves every day.

Overall a very professional and prompt team that delivers very high quality products. Baljinder, Sharan and Jaggan are a true asset for EGI.

I had my wardrobes fitted by them and I am very pleased with their service. The wardrobes were very good quality, they did it very quickly and on time.Would recommend to anyone.

This was my first every-fitted wardrobe and the entire experience was amazing. At the start, Baljinder listened to what I wanted and provided a design that went above expectations. He also explained the process from start to finish which left me very comfortable about my decision. He came over to check the measurements and explained the next part of the process to us which left me feeling very reassured about it all. GurSharan did an incredible job in fitting the wardrobe and was very tidy all throughout the build.quick and efficient installation and I am really pleased with the end result.I would 100% recommend!!!

Fantastic job. Work completed within the timeframe to an excellent standard and the guys fitting the units were flexible and accomodating. Didn't leave any mess (aside from the unavoidable sawdust) and everything has a neat finish. You pay for top quality

Very happy with the service provided by EGI. Baljinder (Design Consultant) helped us design the drinks bar for our kitchen/living room area. They were very prompt and the bar was installed within 3 weeks after the order was placed.
The installation guys, Sharan and Jagat were very efficient and knew their job well. The kitchen/dining room looks beautiful with the new bar unit.
Only little advice is that the Customer service can improve be more polite while talking to the customers.

EGI has good workmanship. Riz was excellent at designing the wardrobe. His support and guidance are very much appreciated.

The installation team was excellent. Anu was helpful in seeing through the whole process of installation to our satisfaction.

This is a company to stay away from; Workman ship is basic and customer service is pathetic. There is no time keeping, delays in work, poor quality of customer service , promises that they can't keep.

Had 4 bedroom wardrobes and office desk installed. Baljinder the salesman was brilliant. Certain ideas I had were not feasible and Baljinder used his experience to help design the layout and arrangement of the wardrobe sections. Slight delay due to EGIs refurb but they worked Saturday to finish in time. Fitters worked well and helped with arrangement of the internal spacing for shelves and pullout. They also recommended a different position of the mirror doors from my plans, and their recommendations was brilliant. I had to contact EGI for incorrect fitting or pullouts and they responding quickly and fixed the issue very quickly. Very happy with wardrobes and service by EGI. Definitely recommend

This is the second time we have got our kitchen and bedrooms done from EGI and for good reason. They are fantastic in execution, always accommodating minor last minute changes in design and they always finish on time. Very pleased with results.

I had a kitchen and office designed & installed by EGI. Very happy with installation. Although there was a hiccup with the wrong worktop size, EGI came in the next day and sorted the issue effectively and efficiently. They ensured I was satisfied with the work before I signed the completion. Would recommend.

Baljinder Singh (salesman), Gursharan Singh and Fateh Singh (fitters) did an amazing job fitting my wardrobe and bed. Great service from them and EGI and very satisfied with the results!!
