As a product it’s designed so well. It’s so easy to use. BUT their customer service is none existent. I bought a car seat. It broke after a couple of weeks (in July). I’m November now and I’m still begging for them to help. They have now ignored me for several weeks after fobbing me off several times. A Rude and unhelpful company. There are many prams designed the same that have better customer service and are in the same price range so I’d go there and avoid egg. I bought a car seat from pram centre but it’s you I’ve been emailing. Samantha crane is the person who has been speaking to me like dirt.

Love my storm grey Egg pram. I bought it second hand and have now used for two baby boys - one in 2018 and one in 2023. Can't fault it!

I purchased this pram in July 2023 as I had a new born and newly 1 year old and needed a double pram. When I used the pram for the first time I Immediately noticed the design flaw. With my newborn in the carry cot in the low position and my 1 year old in the higher position, it was near impossible to get my newborn out of the carry cot as the handle bars of the pram didn’t allow me to get both my arms and shoulders close enough to grab my baby. Therefore, I had to remove my older child out of the chair, then remove the chair to gain full access to my youngest. This made going out alone very hard if my baby was due a feed. Secondly, when it travel system is used with car seat and stroller chair, as the newborn is in the higher position at the front of the pram this created a pulling motion from the front end of the pram. If walking on an uneven surface, the Strain I would have on my arms would make pushing the pram unbelievably difficult. On one occasion I ended up pulling the pram from the front end by dragging it by the car seat handle. Although I had many Issues with the pram, my main problem was that the hood of the pram was simply not big enough, it did not protect my child from the sun as the canopy did not extend far enough & if my children were in the recline seating position, the hood of the pram was at a 90 degree Angle from the seat. Therefore, full UV exposure occurred. To combat this issue, I resorted to using a parasol. Not convenient but necessary for my child’s sake also not ideal after having paid £1600 for a pram which did not meet basic requirements. After three months of owning this pram, I sold it for a measly £800. I then decided to buy a bugaboo donkey which I can honestly say is the best Pram I have owned. It meets every need of both my babies and has so many functions. Definitely would recommend to any parent. Overall, the egg Pram is nice to look at but lacks functionality and is very pricey. Being a Mum of three I have tried every gadget, buggie & all things kids and I can honestly say this Pram by far has disappointed me the most!

It’s supposed to be an all terrain pushchair but going round the local park it’s all over the place and certainly not a smooth ride for my son. Only good for smooth pavements.
Had to send the chassis back to get fixed as the front wheels would rattle like a broken supermarket trolley. Luckily I had bought through a local retailer selling all sorts of other brands who provided me with a loan pushchair.
The stroller is incredibly uncomfortable for my son. He hates sitting in it and much preferred the cheaper loan pushchair we were given.
Very poor design and quality. Would not recommend.

Great quality prams. Have my daughter out a lot in it and she loves it

I loved unboxing my pram, putting it together, taking it on a test spin before my little girl was here! I felt like I was reliving my youth when I got my first pram. The quality is second to none, yes it’s expensive but it’s worth it!!

My little one loved the bassinet and now she’s in the stroller chair, I love the fact it can be parent / non parent facing too!

Love my egg 2.0. I had an issue with the bag hook falling off and the service team were really helpful. I offered to pay for a replacement hook however, the manager sent out my replacement free of charge. The team were very responsive and efficient. Thank you

I like the pram itself but the fabric catches really easily and snags. Would expect it to be a lot harder wearing for the price and due to the nature of its use. Would not purchase from Egg again.

Awful. Our buggy turned up faulty, we called them right away and they asked for video evidence, so we sent it. They then requested the chassis be sent back. With no replacement, we have a new born baby and they want us to be without a buggy with no time scales as to when it will come back. No help whatsoever... And no empathy towards the situation. Said I'd rather just send it back and get a refund and this still wasn't an option. Don't buy as if there is an issue they do not help.

I love ALL the egg products and colours, I cannot see past egg and will be using it for all my kids!

Product with high quality, fast to attach.
No harm to close the stroller structure, which is small enough for our car. ☺️

We love our Egg 2 travel system in mink. We shopped around and looked at many other brands but the quality of Egg stood out for us. From the fabric to the frame everything is well designed and so easy to use. Our local stockist were so helpful and showed us everything we needed to know.

Looks the part but practicality isn't there. Being first time parents we liked the look of the egg and were sold all it's fantastic features. Seeing other mums with their prams I wish we had bought the Oyster.
The egg basinet is small so baby outgrows quickly and the stroller is curved so baby doesn't lie flat, incline is adjustable but if laid fully back, baby's legs are in the air. The hood doesn't come over far enough so if it's a sunny day the sun glares in baby's eyes. Other brands such as the oyster have a zipper to extend the hood which is brilliant.
It's very heavy and has to be dismantled to fold away. Other prams collapse with everything still attached.
The way the foot cover attached over the bar means there is nowhere for pram toys to be attached and next to other brands the baby is very low down.
Everything requires two hands and with a baby especially a newborn that's easier said than done.
Very expensive for the quality and design.

I recently bought an Egg2 stroller.
I came well packaged with protection in all parts. Everything looking beautiful.

Although, when I put it together I realised the handle bar won’t fold back down.
I’ve followed the instructions on the manual, but no luck.

I love the pram. It’s stylish, looks very comfortable, but I am upset it might be faulty. I really need to fix this or it won’t fit in my car and my baby is coming soon.

Please help me release fix this stuck handle bar.

Absolutely fantastic pram. My little girl is so comfortable in it and sleeps great. We especially love the adjustable foot rest to support her little legs. The buggy board is fab, doesn't get in the way and folds right under when not in use.

We bought the Egg2 travel system. Our baby is 3 months old, so we arr using the pram part at the moment, which is lovely.
I am disappointed about the back wheels, as there are several scratches on the wheel trims, despite being very careful and only having used the pram for 2months due to delayed delivery and my baby being premature. I would recommend the travel system, but feel the back wheels could be more robust.

The products look the part and are strong and sturdy. At 3 months my son had grown out of the carrycot so it was money wasted really. If your baby is long, save your money. I'm not sure what his issue is with the car seat but he absolutely hates it which was disappointing. He's well under the weight limits etc but very long so I can only presume this has something to do with it. I would think long and hard before investing in an egg and really couldn't recommend it to an expectant parent unfortunately if there's any expectation that your baby will be on the long side. The saving grace for us is the tilting pram though

Great products we had the egg2 bundle for our baby girl in July 2022 and we have just purchased the eggZ stroller for our holiday in May.

Great quality products.. the prices are quite high but you pay for the quality as well as the look.

Everything about the egg is done to a high standard, we chose one in 2016 for our first daughter and then another in 2018 for out second so it made an easy choice 3rd time round we went for the egg2 in geo black with car seat an matching bag what can i say amazing every last detail is a high standard
