Form editing assistance
As a less than proficient computer user I needed to edit a lease agreement that I was completing.
I was attempting to complete and distribute a new document to a tenant on a Sunday and I was amazed that I asked a question on eForms and immediately received an answer to my problem.

Watch for Scams by "eForms: on US Government Forms!
I followed instructions from a US government site for a US Federal government form and found myself on the eForms page. I followed the instructions on the eForm page for -- and expected the needed "ID number" to be sent to me (per the description.)
I paid $55 -- when I later found out that the cost is only $18 via the government site. The completed form did ABSOLUTELY nothing for those filling it out -- but was costly. I called the federal government and they sent me the correct form (same information) and I received the needed ID number.
I sent two emails to eForms. No response. Complete ghosting and a "rip-off"

eForms is a self help website that provides a form creating service and helps you fill out a form. Our Single Document pricing varies based on the type of form the customer created, as we offer hundreds of forms for all 50 states and some are much more intensive than others. The price of the Single Document is clearly stated on the checkout page once your document is completed.
Our customer service Manager also respondd to you via email on March 31, however we have not received a reply. Please reply to the email that was sent if you need further assistance.

Free trial
I love the free trial but it did not include any REAL chat with legal. I had 1 form to do so there was no reason for me to have a paid subscription. Come to find out I did not need legal. I filled the quitclaim deed form by myself and I did not need the RT-1 form after all.

Very easy access supplied the information I needed immediately and did not make me jump 400 hoops to get it done. It was very smooth. I was able to get exactly what I signed up for and they provided feedback on areas where I would need a lawyer and they give you access to a lawyer to chat if you need to I cannot tell you how many times I’ve tried to do these and they just send you down a dark rabbit hole forever this company has probably the best legal tender documents access and the fastest and excellent IT and AI services.

They said they would refund my money and have not done what they promised.
These guys are not to be trusted. I was within an hour of my cancellation time and they build my card to $49. I asked them very kindly to refund it as I was not in the area that I could use a computer at the time. I left a message for a callback and never got a call back until I complained online and then I had to call them myself again. I’m a senior citizen on a limited budget and they didn’t care. Very rude would not recommend them to anybody.
