They are changing me for forms that I haven't ordered, they say 12 bucks, but then charge over a hundred dollars. FALSE BOSS ADVERTISEMENT THEY SAY ONE THING AND THEN THEY CHARGE YOU ANOTHER AND I DIDN'T NEED MORE THAN NOTHING FROM THEM AND THEN WENT AHEAD AND CHARGE ME I USED THEM ONCE BEFORE AND DOWNLOADED THE DOCUMENT FOR MY SISTER AND COULDN'T GET THE DOCUMENT TO COME OFF AND NOBODY WOULD HELP ME DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I WANT MY REFUND PUT BACK ON MY BANK ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY BECAUSE OF YOU MY BANK ACCOUNT GOT SHUT DOWN PUT IT BACK

Users can create their forms utilizing our form-filling software (a premium service) at no cost, as we offer a free trial for all new customers under our Pro Monthly Subscription Plan. At the conclusion of the 7-Day Free Trial, if no cancellation is made, a recurring billing of $49/MONTH begins until canceled per our Terms of Use.
We also provide a 1 Year Pro Plan subscription and a Single Document purchase. The Pro Annual Plan works well if you need multiple documents and need us on a long-term basis. This is an upfront fee of $144.00 and provides unlimited access to all forms and features for the next 12-month period. This breaks down to $12.00/month when compared to the Pro Monthly Plan, as shown on the checkout page.
Our Single Document pricing varies based on the type of form the customer created, as we offer hundreds of forms for all 50 states and some are much more intensive than others. The price of the Single Document is clearly stated on the checkout page once your document is completed.
The 1 Year Pro Plan subscription terms are reiterated before the initial download on the checkout page when the customer enters his/her billing information. Our system automatically emails a receipt notification of this charge each 12-month period thereafter to the email address on file unless the subscription is cancelled before the renewal. If you need further assistance in updating your subscription, please contact our customer support team if your account has not yet been serviced as such.

Tricked when cancelling
When I tried to cancel, the screen they show tricked me into signing up for a membership. The two different plans had two different colors, so I wanted to unselect one that I thought was selected by default, and that immediatly triggered a subscription.
In response to the reply: Out of fear of retribution, I did not want to provide my personal information to eForms. I never claimed that signing up for free was not an option. I did claim that when I tried to cancel my subscription, the interface was confusing and when I tried to unselect an option it activated a monthly subscription with a single click without asking for confirmation. This was not addressed by the reply of eForms, and this also shows that I have knowledge of the process I could not have without signing up and paying. I am happy to provide confirmation of my account and that I was charged to a third party that guarantees my information not being shared directly.

Contradictory to this reviewer's claim, we offer our forms for FREE as blank templates without registering an account or entering any billing information. Every FREE form is available per the individual state's compliance standards in Adobe PDF, Microsoft Word, or as an ODT file. Each FREE form is available on that specific form's webpage on our site. Users can download our templates for FREE and never have to register an account or enter any payment information.
If a customer elects to utilize our form-filling software instead of downloading the FREE form (an optional upgrade elected by the customer), that service comes with a premium plan. All pricing options are listed in our Terms of Use, reiterated before checkout, and displayed in full transparency on our pricing page. Customers still have the ability to obtain their forms for FREE, even after using our premium form-filling services, as our Monthly Subscription Plan comes with a "no obligations" 7-Day Free Trial period for new subscribers. On our checkout page, an order will not be activated unless a customer clicks "Place Order" themselves.

I was looking for a simple form online, the link I clicked stated that the forms are free, after I completed the paperwork, then they tell me I have to pay. This is very deceiving and fraud don't use this site.

Contrary to the claims made, we provide all of our forms for free as blank templates, without requiring registration or payment information. These forms are available in multiple formats (PDF, Word, and ODT) and can be downloaded directly from each form’s webpage in compliance with state requirements.
For users who choose to use our optional form-filling service, a premium plan applies. All pricing is clearly disclosed in our Terms of Use, before checkout, and on our pricing page. Customers also have access to a 7-day free trial and can still obtain their forms at no cost.
As we are unable to verify that the reviewer used our services and the claims do not accurately represent our offerings, we respectfully request the removal of this review.
