Absolutely terrible experience with…
Absolutely terrible experience with eFlooring. They sent me the wrong product, and then told me I’d have to wait another week before they could redeliver the correct one. When I agreed to a collection, they said they’d come first thing in the morning. I waited in all day, only for them to finally show up at 4pm.
No apology, no urgency, no respect for my time. Completely unprofessional — would not recommend to anyone. Avoid this company if you value your time and sanity.

Hi Mike,
We’re really sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience — it’s never our intention to cause inconvenience, and we understand how important timing is when you're planning a fitting.
We’d like to clarify a few points for transparency. The issue was reported to us on Wednesday, and we arranged collection and redelivery as quickly as possible. Your replacement was with you by Friday — within 48 hours — so it could still be fitted by the weekend, as you mentioned.
Regarding the collection timing, we did request a morning slot on your behalf. Unfortunately, our third-party courier wasn’t able to accommodate that, so we secured the earliest available option — which was an afternoon collection for that same day. We agree this wasn't ideal, but we did everything we could to work within the limits of their schedule.
Throughout the process, we kept in regular contact with updates and apologised for the inconvenience caused. While we understand your frustration, we genuinely did our best to resolve things swiftly and fairly.
Thank you again for your order, and we do hope everything went smoothly with your fitting in the end.
Kind regards,
The eFlooring Team

We’re very sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience. We completely understand how frustrating it is when things don’t go to plan, and we sincerely apologise again for sending the wrong item initially.
As soon as we realised the mistake, we reached out and you kindly confirmed at the time that you didn’t need the item urgently and not to worry — which we greatly appreciated. We kept you updated throughout the collection of the incorrect item and the delivery of the correct one, and we’re sorry it still took longer than expected to resolve.
We also followed up with you privately via email to see if there was anything further we could do to make things right, and we’re always happy to help if there’s anything else you need.
Thank you for your feedback — we’ll continue working to improve our processes and avoid similar issues in the future.

Stunning Amtico flooring
I’ve used E-flooring for my house renovation and I’m absolutely delighted with the result! I’ve had parquet Amtico flooring laid throughout most of the ground floor and it looks incredible- from Scott and the team working with my builder to ensure the result was the best , to the very efficient and friendly fitters, my floor is stunning! I’m now on carpets in other rooms and both service and price are great - will continue using E-flooring for the remainder of the house too ! Thanks Scott, Wayne and team, I’m one very happy customer !

Friendly, Accommodating and Professional Flooring Service
I heard about Eflooring from a family member and fully understand why it was recommended now.
From the initial inquiry, Eflooring was quick to respond and came for a home visit to look at the space. Wayne was especially helpful in explaining the options and even let us take home some of the samples for the weekend, which really helped.
We went for the LVT flooring across the entire downstairs, which included an extension. Eflooring were very accomodating and were happy to change fitting times when required.
Stephen fitted the flooring and was very considerate throughout due to the scale of the job, trying to keep disruption to a minimum which was very appreciated.
Overall, I couldn't recommend Eflooring enough and would encourage others to give them a try. This is an easy 5 stars review.

Fantastic company and team.
From start to finish our experience with Eflooring was absolutely amazing. Our installation date changed number of times due to access to our new house and Wayne our salesman was fantastic and helped in anyway possible. The installation when we finally got there was so quick and the flooring is just perfect and exactly how we wanted it.
Thank you so much to Eflooring with a special thanks you Wayne, Ken and Josh!

High Quality LVT and Carpet
The project required high quality LVT and carpeting which was completed on time and to the agreed cost. The workmanship of the fitting of both was excellent, the advice on how the LVT should be orientated was spot on. Well worth the money and very pleasant to deal with.
