Mirtunjay Kumar from eDrafters did a fab job and delivered the estamp in less than 1.5 to 2 hours. I haven’t seen better services and customer centric it anywhere else.

I’m using Edrafter for more than 4 years now. Every time, I get excellent service on printing agreements on stamp paper. Their email method is very straightforward, and their phone help is excellent. This year, I had assistance from Mr. Mirtunjay Kumar, who was really courteous and respectful. Originally, I submitted my order without a hard copy shipment, but Mirtunjay assisted in shipping the hard copy by following the extra service method.

we would like to bring it to your notice that we have done the transaction of purchase of UP State stamp papers on 26/06/25.eDrafter could not provide the requested stamp papers with in the stipulated time frame and could not submitted the tender.Also the contact number provided is found not responding.

Worst company. All the time we call its either busy or they say we are doing.. however i have paid for quick scan but still i didn’t get its been 3 days. Their website dont have the tracking system. Worst management.

Lack of clear communication and non-seamless process.
The company not at all good in responding once they received the payment. Do no respect deadlines and not at all communicate on priority basis.
I will say look for alternatives, this is not the right place.

High charges and no clear terms

Took extra money and promised printed stamp paper in 2 hours . Once you pay money they wont respond to your calls . Kept calling and had to fight with them to get a refund . Full refund was not issues despite zero service and wasting time.

Ordered and paid for the service to be delivered within 3 hours! This left me with 2 hours to reach the government registrar office before it shut. I messaged immediately after to stress the urgency. 4 hours late I message again to be told the system was down. They could have told me this in the first message and I would have got the document from the District Court instead! It is Friday and I now have to wait in Jaipur until Monday when the registrar office opens! I was supposed to be leaving Jaipur tomorrow and they have completely ruined my plans and caused me extra expenses through hotel cancelations elsewhere and rebooking another 3 nights in Jaipur !!!!!!

This company seems to be a big fraud and cheating people in the name of online services. I ordered them an affidavit for which I Paid INR 708. Even after 24 hours, the are neither picking up the calls nor responding back with any proper reply. Seems like the they have eaten up the money and are not providing anything. I should have gone to local vendor and get it done in INR 200. However, sometimes comfort leads to such frauds.
DO NOT ever pay anything to such scamsters and keep waiting for them to do anything.

I ordered two 100Rs Indian stump paper. I ordered it from The Netherlands. I received a rental agreement made on a 10 rs stump paper drafted for someone else. I complained but no response yet.

An honest piece of advice - Comfort sometimes gets you in trouble. Always go to your local stamp paper vendor and notary official for any legal document. This online thing is just a big gimmick.

I mistakenly chose this service for a rent agreement, paid close to 600 bucks for a notarised draft. The scanned copy was supposed to be emailed the next day. I called them when I did not receive my order even after 6 days. I got my scan on email the next day which was just a printout, non notarised. I got my courier 2 days later and I was shocked to find only a blank e-stamp paper inside, no rent agreement whatsoever. Today after 2 weeks I still don't have my draft. Eventually I had to get the document from a local vendor.

Retrospecting If I had spared about 40 minutes of my time and gone to a local vendor, I would have got my error free document for third the price I paid. So save yourself from trouble and never ever make the same mistake which I did.
