Prompt response and precise guidance. The instructions were clear, filling was completed very quickly and helped patiently with all queries

A) they say on their website it's a consultation but once I clicked it, I was bombarded with quotes from all ends.

B) I couldn't book a "free consultation" without paying them 799rs.

C) I got an email which again gave my quote for their services - which I didn't ask for. That automated email also came with a team member's number for further questions. So I pinged her

D) I put a very detailed explanation of my issue in their WhatsApp chat. And I asked a very clear question. Which perhaps was too complicated, i understand that. But she didn't bother to read it. She didn't even ask me to clarify what my exact problem was. She asked about my electricity bill - I told her. Then she sent me a quote, which I didn't ask for AND that quote for the same GST registration service was 400rs more than what's quoted on the website.

E) I asked her to answer my exact question again. She said didn't understand. I said please wait, I'm busy but I'll send you a full voice note in Hindi. Language barrier is fine, I'm a writer, I understand. But disrespectful behaviour is not. When I told her to wait, she CALLED ME. I was in the bathroom taking a bath, and in between I got her call. When I told her to wait, she didn't listen. She called me.

F) After coming back from the bath, I told her she was rude and disrespectful (she didn't just call me, she was chatting in full caps, shouting at me). I told her to transfer me to someone else in the team. She didn't say sorry. She instead started arguing - saying "it was my job to call so I called you. I didn't misbehave with you". She said this AFTER I had requested the transfer.

They're not equipped to handle any serious query. Their people are aggressive, rude, and downright disrespectful. And it's definitely not a free consultation. Forget that - you won't get anything other than a quote until you pay something.
