Taking the online classes was easy and fun. The content was engaging and useful. I learned quite a lot.

The EWA courses allow me to expand my personal knowledge of whiskey in an understandable and entertaining way. For me, enjoying a dram is not only a pure pleasure experience, but also a very interesting "dialogue" for me, as I try to understand the aroma and taste through the characteristics of its creation.

Joe Cabassa is a great teaching resource and has a bast knowledge on the subject. He is able to take that knowledge and past it to the students in a way that is interesting and easy to comprehend.

An intensive course delivered professionally, but light-hearted. The tutor, Vic, was very knowledable with decades of experience in the Whisky business. If you are considering taking this course I heartedly recommend.

My experience with EWA was exceptional. I learned tons of things from Vic who is an outstanding lecturer with in depth knowledge of the industry. I almost felt like I am a malt master...:)

I am now motivated to learn even more, and I will hopefully take course in whisky tasting soon!

My experience with the Certificate in Irish Whisky and the Certificate on Gin from the EWA was nothing short of exceptional. The courses were comprehensive, engaging, and truly enlightening.

The Irish Whisky course offered a deep dive into the rich history and intricate production processes of Irish Whisky.

The Gin course was equally impressive. It provided a thorough understanding of gin’s botanical complexities and the art of distillation.

Both courses were well-structured, making the learning experience truly immersive.

The only suggestion I have is regarding the background color of the course materials. A different color the user can change might enhance readability and make long study sessions more comfortable for the eyes.

Overall, I highly recommend these courses to anyone interested in expanding their knowledge of Irish Whisky and Gin. The EWA has genuinely outdone itself in delivering these excellent courses.
