We can feel, taste and smell the history of whiskey
I found these courses very interesting. Its content is well shot and the specialists transmit well. I am a tourist guide and talking about whiskey and visiting distilleries in Scotland is a topic that we love to explain to our clients.

EWA always impresses me
EWA always impresses me. They have a fantastic balance of scientific details, grand history, practical industry insights, and information you can't get through books. I've completed the Diploma in Single Malt Whisky and Certificate in Gin, and I am currently working through the new Certificate in American Single Malt. I appreciate EWA's dedication to high-quality yet accessible training. I often return to previous classes as a reference when needed. My only suggestion would be to organize more alumni events like Zoom calls and presentations.

Fantastic ASM Course
The team did a great job capturing the diversity of American Single Malt Whiskey and the innovation that is occurring in this space. The interviews with the various distillers were fantastic as they highlighted not just what is being done, but what the future might hold.
I highly recommend this course to anyone wanting to learn more about ASM.
