I was very dubious of EcoWizard due to…
I was very dubious of EcoWizard due to trust pilot score and best price on internet. However, on the 2 occasions i called to check stock availability the phone was answered within 3 rings. Excellent customer service was received. Paypal accepted; Bluetti AC180p received in less than 24hrs. Pleasently suprised as i was told expect 3-7 days. Must be a Bluetti approved dealer as Bluetti cust service applied loyalty bucks to my account for purchase from other direct sale channels. Thanks EcoWizard. Very happy.

Pod Point Solo 3S - excellent help and service
Ordered our Pod Point Solo 3S 7kw Tethered Type 2 EV Charger from Eco Wizard and received excellent service.
I had emailed for advice and with questions beforehand and they responded quickly and politely. We ordered the Pod Point and it was delivered the next day.
It was professionally installed by our electrician and has been working superbly on both our cars.
I would very highly recommend Eco Wizard and would have no hesitation ordering from them again for any EV needs.

AVOID!!!
AVOID!!!!
Bought consumer unit and paid extra for the next day delivery asking particularly to make sure that it will be sent next day as required and paid. I’ve asked to let me know if everything is ok as it is very important customer and I definitely need it next day. Customer service said that everything is ok but next day called me to let me know that due to the warehouse error it won’t be delivered. When I asked if they ca use express same day delivery they wasn’t happy to do it. Absolutely waste of time and money

Dear Piotr ,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with your recent order. As we discussed during our phone conversation, the error occurred due to a mistake made by one of our new team members. It was an honest oversight, and we regret that it affected your experience with us.
Upon becoming aware of the mistake, we immediately offered to ship the correct item via an AM delivery for the following morning to minimize the disruption. When this solution was not sufficient, we promptly processed your refund as requested.
We understand your frustration, and we deeply value your patience and understanding throughout this process. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are working diligently to ensure that similar mistakes do not occur in the future.
If you have any further concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We would love the opportunity to serve you better in the future.
Kind regards,
Koorosh

Fantastic company
Fantastic company.
I cannot fault my experience with this company. I purchased a battery disconnector and it arrived the next day. I had a small problem regarding damage and the company was fantastic. They arranged a replacement to be sent straight away, and kept me informed with a follow-up call. You just don't get service like this from most companies these days.
First class. I'll definitely be recommending to my friends.
