it arrived delighted less plastic

no middle person

The order and delivery were great. It’s a shame that the products come in plastic. I will however be ordering from the Zero range again. I ordered the washing bundle, which is huge and well worth it, as well as the hand wash and multipurpose spray.

This company go above and beyond to help . I cannot experss enough how they help me on a daily basis to help with my health problems 😕 They also offer that one to one customer service witch is very hard to find . Thank you kay and the team

easy site to navigate and great choice of products at good prices and enabling us to reduce plastic use

great product quality. It cleans clothes well. Plant-based and biodegradable ingredients.

I love their products

Delivered promptly. Well packed. Product as described.

Very easy website to order from. Good price. Delivery prompt.

Great product (Linseed oil now with a lovely fragrance) quick delivery and great company doing good things for us all! Thank you

The process was made very simple and the price charged was okay. I’ve been buying their products from eBay and Amazon where the prices differ wildly. I have also been scammed by dodgy sellers on eBay who take your money and don’t deliver. Never lost money but annoying all the same. Won’t hesitate to go direct again but they need to look at the postage charges on large orders as this will put some people off purchasing

Easy to order, products arrived very quickly, happy to use company again

I love ecover washing liquid and softener so decided to by the 15L boxes along with nozzle. The washing liquid box broke when I took it out of the packaging, obviously I couldn’t get it back in! So had to buy additional canister to put it in, disappointed that the box wasn’t sturdy enough! The glue didn’t hold the box in tact and 15L of liquid in a bag is very difficult to manage especially when you are trying to connect the nozzle!

I received my Ecover parcel well wrapped. What could have helped was to make clear on the parcel that it was of two for the same order, just in case I assumed a mistake in the quantity of items for delivry. The second parcel arrived 2 days later.

Products are great, the product refills are difficult to use by instruction.

Great really helped by buying in bulk and quick service.

I already know and appreciate the products. The problem is that the shop that used to sell them does not anymore. This is why I ordered them on line.
They werre easy to order and came quickly. However, I wished the cream cleaner was still being sold.

The best eco products ever.

Ecover are just great and I use many of their products. The limescale remover works brilliantly better than any bleach or nasty chemical product.

I've used Ecover's liquid hand soap, cleaning sprays, toilet cleaner, laundry whitening at least.

A quick professional service for excellent Eco products.
