Ecover Anmeldelser

Always great quality eco products at a fair price. Convenient sizes and easy to use with excellent results.

Easy order and fast delivery

I like Ecover laundry and dish washing products. I also like their hand soap. The products are efficient and I feel like I’m doing a little to save the planet.

Really pleased to be able to get refills for my zero washing up liquid and wool and silk laundry liquid. We find the laundry liquid is brilliant for all washing in our soft water area. Just wish we could get the zero hand wash in a refill size...
Delivery was on time.

Really good products that work very well. Easy to order and are efficiently delivered .

I am very pleased with my Ecover refill products. Good value, swiftly delivered and good communication. I also like the companies ethic.

Have bought goods from this Company for years and never had any problems with anything. Have not had to empty septic tank for years either. As I have allergies their Zero laundry items are excellent as are all the other goods!

Great products but minimum spend together with delivery charge makes them expensive.

Great product and eco friendly

Good price, arrived quickly too!

Excellent service. Quality product. Reasonable price.

As the owner of a very old septic tank I can trust Ecover to deliver good, honest products.

I love the products as they are healthy to use but there are no large refills for the cleaning products so I’m still throwing away small bottles all the time. Going to move to a company who does eco friendly refills

The website is not user-friendly and it took me several attempts to be able to place my order. When I did email customer service for help, the lady was very nice and prompt at responding, but it was hard to follow the instructions to overcome the difficulties I experienced placing my order. The website experience is off-putting. Grateful if you could make it easier to use!

e-Mail sent when item in stock. Order placed and delivered within time scale stated

Really easy site to use. Delivery was fast and everything arrived safely.

I have been using Ecover's zero non-bio laundry liquid for many years until very recently when my partner started suffering with skin irritations. Having looked into this online, it appears that Ecover recalled this product back in January 2021 and our bottles (one full and one half full) are affected by the recall. I emailed Ecover twice about this via their online contact form only to be completely ignored. I explained that I can send them pictures of the bottles so they can verify this at their end. At the end of the day, I'm now out of pocket as I can no longer use the bottles I have and Ecover are ignoring me. Worryingly, the reasons for the recall were quite serious and I'm alarmed that they didn't want to help me with this in any way.
(Warning from Ecover on their recall notice: Hazard: The product presents a serious chemical risk due to the presence of potassium hydroxide at hazardous levels).
I'm going to be switching laundry brands asap as I am very disappointed with how I have been treated and don't have any faith in their products anymore. Thanks for reading.
