Boiler install
They installed the boiler but when fitting
Thermostatic radiator valves they brunt the carpets in two bedrooms
I have tryed to contact the company but no reply the boiler is great and working fine

very pleasant people who worked hard all day and did a terrific job. They seemed to a always be running as they worked and at the end of the day they explained to us what they had done and gave us a demonstration of how to use the new equipment

Insulation work
The time taken to do the works, we was promised someone would come and no one would come for a whole week until we kept chasing the company. Failed promise callbacks, the works started in April and only finished now when we was told it would take between 4-8 weeks. The finishing of the works leaves a lot to be desired and could be improved a lot especially length of time and guttering works, tiles above the guttering could do with improving.

I had some issues with getting the right
Documentation together, but the customer assistance were very helpful, and the installation of the insulation and the boiler was quick and easy.

I would highly recommend eco energy…
I would highly recommend eco energy services although there was a few problems with a circuit board they put the problem right quickly and kept us informed what they were doing and when things were going to happen and kept to their promises.
