This is my second review
This is my second review. The reason being, i cannot be happier that i purchased this car through Eclipse. I purchased the car in June a Range Rover Evoque and it is fair to say it has had a few small minor issues, it is not the car garages fault as you just never know when you are purchasing a used car. I have been blown away with the customer service, every single time i call they are straight onto the little issue without question. The issues have not put me off purchasing my next car here, reliable, honest staff. Big shout out to everyone, Paul, Ryan, Maria, Rob and Matt. I have always been offered a courtesy car too. Tell me where else you would get this kind of treatment. I once bought a car through Peugeot it only had 100 miles on the clock and a massive issue happened, they were no where near as helpful as these lot. I swore i would never buy from that garage again and i haven't and won't, even though they sorted the issue in the end, however the months stress it caused was unnecessary. I am also cautious of warranties offered, but Eclipse cars have not quibbled theirs once, i work in sales too for a huge house builder and customer service is paramount to me. All of you are absolute legends! Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Melanie :)

Had a fault on the cars the next day after buying , they booked it in to be looked at and there was no charge for the slight defect to be corrected

Excellent sales experience
Bought a Sukuzi S-Cross today - had an excellent experience with Roy, who was both knowledgable and polite. Car runs fine, is in excellent condition and experience was very smooth.
Will keep an eye for any issues, but thus far none - impression I've been given is that aftercare is strong - warranty seems fairly comprehensive.
As it stands, would consider buying from them again.

AVOID I purchased a focus st from here november 2021 was wet when I viewed the car i know a big no when buying a car and viewed in a very cramped forecourt I took it out for a drive it was fine I quickly looked over the car for small dents and deep scratches it took me a while to make up my mind if i want it but the sales guy took me into the office to meet the owner to assure me there really friendly and trust worthy etc fine I put my trust in them and thought well it's fine I've brought from a trusted car dealer it will be fine well how wrong I was and I should have spent longer looking over the car than just trusting them I picked up the car and on way home radio signal was crap when I got home aerial was snapped thought ah il just buy 1 so I did on ebay then a couple days later I hit a bump in the road and the radio fell out of position as the 2 screws to hold it properly in place were missing again i went and brought these from ford but I did email eclipse about the 2 issues to which I was told after sales would get back to me they never did I barely use my cars and I think it was February I took it to work to wash it 1st time I was cleaning the rear wheel and noticed it had some black spots of paint on it I wondered why then it dawned on me it has obviously has some paint done so I started checking the car properly and what I found was ridiculous the rear quarter had obviously had some sort of cover up the line of the rear arch was out of curve and well the paint job was awful you could only notice close up and see the sanding marks and you had to stand further back to see the out of align arch I was fuming that I had trusted these guys and had been sold this car and not been told of this issue maybe they knew maybe they didn't needless to say I contacted them and they agreed to look at it I took it down and they were like we don't cover paint work I said it's more than just paint work it's been filled as couldn't even get a magnet to stick they agreed to take the car and get it sorted so I gave it back they had it for a week I went back to collect it I didn't even get to the door and sales guy opened it was rude and blunt gave me my keys and said your cars up the housing estate in the layby and closed the door in my face I walked up to the car and well there's the reason they were so rude the paint was worse than before I was fuming I couldn't go back there as it wouldn't have ended well so I took the car home cooled off I tried to talk to them about getting my money back as they had sold me a car not as described with the damage cover up I did know at the time that under some section I had a case for a refund or part refund taking the mileage into account etc but I got the typical reply from them as you see on other review replies oh you looked at the car when you brought it and we don't cover paint work or body work no I brought a car from what I thought was a respectiful delear and that i could trust you and I wasn't going to be done over needless to say I tried everything I could to get my money back I did it all the correct way by email for the paper trail but they wouldn't reply had no interest in even talking about it I tried an aa dispute who just took there side as they obviously just fobbed them off with its just a bit of paintwork issue I would have taken them to a small claims court but after spending over 10k on this car I couldn't afford to start the process so I will say if your buying a car from here definitely take a body work expert with u as by the reviews its not the 1st time this has been an issue or better still buy else where I'm now over 2.5k out of pocket as I had to sell the car at a loss as I had to tell the next owner what they should have told me oh and as for them saying they check all cars etc well that's rubbish aswell as another issue I had was and eml light coming on intermittently which I also sorted my self as they couldn't find the issue well the issue was all the jubilee clips on the hosing from the airfilter were loose

Came across this garage while searching on AutoTrader. Contacted them to arrange a test drive, they responded quickly and all arranged. On the day we took the car out alone no pushy sales etc. I didn’t buy this car but they did find me my perfect car, again no big sale talk let the car sell itself. The team were great to work with took my car as a PX, sorted the tax and personal plate, even printed new plates for me. Great warranty and AA cover too. Couldn’t be happier with the car and service

We saw a car online made a time to go and see it and from the minute we arrived he made us feel welcome, let us look over the car at our leisure without breathing down our necks or giving us the ‘hard sell’🤗
It didn’t take us long to decide that we wanted it and from then on, Roy took all the tedious stuff out of our hands…….explained EVERYTHING and how it would all work.
Along with all the ‘business’ we talked about all sorts of things (Dogs mainly😂) the whole experience was a genuine pleasure.
Roy is honest and fair and in this day and age those qualities are rare.

i bought a bmw from eclipse recently and had nothing but issues , on the drive home noticed something incorrect with the front left wheel it was rubbing and making noise, this resulted in me taking it to a tyre garage and having all 4 tyres changed as they were all worn and cracked in places , upon the tyres being fitted the garage had a great difficulty with the front left alloy all the screws were bent and corroded upon further inspection they established the hub was severely damaged and it would require replacement, this made me feel wary as the vehicle only had 12400 something miles on the clock so i ran a private number plate check on the vehicle and unbeknown to me it had been in a crash front end left side damage, upon finding this out i took the vehicle into a body work specialist who confirmed the car has infact taken a large impact on the left side the doors didn’t match up the spray job was poor with residue left over the locking mechanisms the front bumper being a different colour to the rest of the paint work, when you opened the door it clunked down and the body work shop said this is because the frame of the vehicle is bent , it has severe damage to the A and B pillars of the car and advised the car should infact be written off, of course i wasn’t prepared to have the vehicle and eclipse took the vehicle back and refunded me, however within the week said vehicle is put on the website for sale without any mention of the fact the car has been in an accident which i find infuriating because that is potentially putting peoples life’s in danger! the communication has been poor and minimal , completely non apologetic for selling me a vehicle like that but them putting it back up for sale shows they are just interested in money not real cars or sales! i would recommend to avoid this company at all cost , always remember to check every part of a used car with a fine tooth comb incase you find your self in my position !!! i will be reporting this further!

Purchased my car in June last year. Then couple of weeks ago had a couple of issues phoned up the car company to book me in sort the problem, back within two days. Exceptional service can highly recommend. I will be looking to go back to purchase a new car For my wife soon

Car is fine, as described, although two rear tyres were very close to legal limit and replaced a few days after purchase. About 2/3 of the new tyre price was given as an allowance at the time of purchase. Part exchange price was lower than quoted , albeit, several weeks previously and about £600 lower than quoted by several online companies, Good service and would use again but would do so without part exchange and sell privately.
