David ordered the 1956 Chronograph over the holidays. While it took longer than expected to receive due to customs delays (not Echo Neutra's fault), I finally got the watch a few days ago. I'm a chronograph rookie so it took me awhile to figure how how to use and reset the hands. It's a beautiful watch and am glad to add it to my collection. Thanks Nicola and Cristiano for your assistance!

So I ordered a 39 Moon phase watch and sadly it was damaged in transit and I was absolutely gutted

But here is the great thing....

Customer services were like lightning to respond on email about my problem the broken watch was sent back that day and within four days I had the broken watch returned and a brand new watch sent from Italy to the UK.

No questions asked they literally couldnt do more to fix my problem, that is amazing customer service

Pensare che dopo essere partiti da zero, oggi, sono un micro-brand in espansione il tutto il mondo è solamente la testimonianza di un gran lavoro sinergico tra tutte le figure interne. Residente in paese Extra-UE avevo chiesto esplicitamente ad echo/neutra se era possibile acquistare degli orologi con sgravio dell'IVA e fattura tax free con codice Otello da far vidimare in dogana all'aeroporto alla mia partenza. Alla risposta affermativa da parte di echo/neutra ho acquistato due orologi pagando il prezzo pieno (incluso IVA), come da loro indicazioni dato che mi avrebbero rimborsato l'IVA una volta che gli avrei rispedito indietro la fattura tax free fatta timbrare in dogana. Il problema e' sorto alla partenza quando mostrando la fattura tax free rilasciatami da echo/neutra, la dogana mi ha negato il timbro data che questa fattura non ripettava i paramentri richiesti ( no codice Otello, no riferimenti del passaporto che avevo inviato ad echo/neutra per la fatturazione etc). Quindi, alla fine della fiera, ho pagato un prezzo decisamente superiore di quello preventivato e che aveva determinato il mio acquisto dei prodotti echo/neutra. Detto cio' gli orologi (Averau 39 3H e Cristallo Diver) sono di grande fattura e bellezza.

Tutto perfetto. Forse unica nota negativa sono lenti e a volte non rispondono alle mail.

Quello che ha fatto piacere nel riceverlo è che all'interno della confezione c'è il certificato dell'avvenuta prova al cronocomparatore prima della spedizione timbrata e firmata dall'operatore.

How to get more as you expect! I discovered this company in Prague at the micro watch exibition. They appealed to me so much that I ordered their watches. But what came in took my breath away. Not only did the watch arrive, but a beautiful box including spare parts and tools arrived. I can't imagine a better service and approach to the customer.

I have ordered Averau 39mm with white dial. To be honest, the watch and has widely exceeded my expectations. The craftsmanship and materials used are really well thought. A well build case is a huge plus. I will definetely buy couple of watches in the future. Keep up the quality ! Well done !

Andato di persona a Padova perché diffidente dai soliti corrieri mi sono reso conto subito della grande cordialità dei ragazzi all'interno dello shop.
Appena arrivato da Bologna mi hanno fatto accomodare gentilmente all'interno e mi hanno fatto sedere,mi hanno presentato con grande cura lo stupendo Big Moon bianco con sfondo in Suoer Luminova insieme ad altri bellissimi orologi della collezione!!

Il tagliando di prova e settaggio dell'orologio indicava uno scarto pari a ZERO.....!
Effettivamente dopo alcuni giorni al polso mi sono reso conto che e'veramente precisissimo!
Orologio curato estremamente nei minimi dettagli con una lavorazione sopraffina!
Ho un altro orologio di pregio con certificazionie COSC e con mia grande sorpresa il loro Big Moon lo supera abbondantemente come precisione!
