Great product, my favourite micro brand, amazing value for money and eye for detail

High-quality product at a reasonable price. I am very happy with this watch and satisfied with the purchase.

Excellent quality, fast delivery, and good price.

Everything was fine with my order.
I received the watch within the shipping schedule for the EU - the shipment packaging was adequate and there were no issues.
The actual watch packaging is even better and I am happy overall.
I got a Rivanera in white and my only note on the watch itself has to do with the straps actually - these must be made with quick release spring bars as that would suit the fact there are multiple provided and the titanium finish of the case makes changing straps very prone to small scratches.

The purchase was made online, but even so the email contact afterwards seemed very personal and it really felt like I was a valued customer.
Shipping was secure and signed for, absolutely no worries considering the value of the watch.

La montre en elle même est de qualité, par contre le bracelet qui s'abîme au bout de quelques mois, ça laisse à désirer...

Echo/Neutra make some of the best watches in the industry. The watches can compete with the best! The attention to detail, the materials used, the craftsmanship is brilliant.

Lovely watch and keeps excellent time. Well and securely packed for shipment.
Tremendous shipping issues-stuck in Customs for weeks with DHL requesting more information. I provided what I could then contacted Echo/Neutra who did the same but eventually sent back to Italy. 2nd shipment took a few days but got here. Contacts with Echo always quickly answered and very helpful.

Che dire, ho in collezione diversi orologi anche molto costosi, ma un packaging come questo non l'ho mai avuto. Ho acquistato un 1956 nero... Boom! Spettacolare bellissimo. Affidatevi a questa azienda Italiana, non v'è ne pentire. Non sarà il mio ultimo acquisto, anzi. Spedizione in meno di 2 giorni, e prezzo ottimo. Poi qualità svizzera del movimento, insomma cosa si può volere di più?

As the watch was a gift and unfortunately didn’t suit my husband’s taste (unlike mine), I had to return it. That wasn’t a problem at all, so I’d definitely recommend this shop.

Very impressed with this watch! I have seen echo/Neutra reviews and handled some of their watches in NY. When I was looking for a ceramic chronograph I was drawn to the design and the value…when I got the watch in hand I was blown away by the quality. Great addition to my collection! Ordering was easy and was shipped quickly.

Ho acquistato un orologio. A distanza di quasi due anni ho avuto un piccolo problema con il bracciale. Ho scritto all’assistenza la quale in modo cortese e celerissimo mi ha spedito il pezzo di ricambio in due giorni lavorativi.
Dimostrazione di assoluta serietà del marchio.

Mi sono recato di persona presso la loro sede, Ragazzi gentilissimi con i quali è stato un piacere conversare e dai quali è stato un piacere acquistare (cosa assolutamente non scontata).
Passando all’orologio acquistato, ho preso l’Averau chrono ceramica, orologio semplicemente spettacolare, portabilissimo e comodissimo al polso, orologio che se sul quadrante avesse avuto un altro marchio sarebbe costato 5 volte tanto.
Per quanto riguarda gli altri orologi, dal vivo sono tutti spettacolari, anche i pochi che in foto/video non mi convincevano hanno dissipato ogni dubbio e mi mangio le mani per non aver preso il crono bronzo ormai esaurito…
Mi sa che presto tornerò a trovarli: l’averau big moon verde appena presentato mi fa troppa gola…

What a beautiful watch. I get compliments all the time. Very easy to order, just man sure you’re home on delivery day to unwrap the extremely nice packaging. Will be buying another one soon.
