The watch is beautiful and the service was impeccable. I couldn’t be happier.

Fantastic watch. One of my favorite dress divers. Shipping was super fast which was excellent. Last but not least, my wrists are huge and the bracelet fit perfectly.

Watch (Cristallo) is very solid build and visualy atractive timepiece. Workmanship (brushed surfaces) is great and representing high-end production procedures. Very accurate +/- 3 min/month

I ordered the Averau Ceramic 3H in late January. Just 1 day after I placed my order, the watch was on it's way to me. I really liked the packaging, and the watch box it comes in. I absolutely love the look of the watch. However, after only a few weeks of ownership, I wish I had returned it, and here's why.
- The Lume is really bad. It's not very bright.
- The extremely long strap. I have a 7.5" wrist and the strap wraps all the way around and it looks off.
- Most importantly, and why I wish I could return it...The sound from the movement. It's embarrassingly loud when I've worn it to work. Is that because of the Ceramic case? If you're in a meeting with this watch on, all you'll hear is this watch's movement with the slightest move of your hand.

I appreciate the time taken to pack my watch for it's arrival at my home. Beautiful care was taken with each step, thanks for making the unwrapping as much fun as it was!

L’orologio rispetta le aspettative, ma portandolo ho notato alcune cose che potrebbero migliorarne la qualità. Non ha una buona leggibilità e un quadrante più grigio chiaro secondo me sarebbe stato meglio. Inoltre, di notte si vede molto poco.

Wunderschöne und sicher auch hochwertige Uhren. Gerne würde ich mir eine Uhr kaufen, tue mich aber derzeit leider noch schwer, eine Uhr mit dem Namen echo/neutra zu tragen. Ich finde die Uhren toll, der doch deutlich sichtbare Name gefällt mir jedoch gar nicht. Sorry liebe Designer und Namensentwickler.

A couple of millimetres bigger and a slightly more robust crown and better lume would make it 5 star

Elegant and classic

Just received my 1956 3H in Khaki and absolutely love it. I am a watch collector and have owned many far more famous brands but this one is just suburb and on a par with the top flight makes. I can not recommend it enough and their service and delivery was first class arriving in only 1 working week with notifications of progress sent. Thank you.
Update: I purchased a second watch known as a moon phase. However the moon phase can not be adjusted other than laboriously winding the watch forward 24 hours by 24 hours until the correct phase is shown. This can obviously take up to 28 days. I believe the crown should adjust the phase as well as the date but only the date adjusts not the phase. So basically the watch arrived with a mechanical defect. I wrote to the company first in English then Italian but they did not bother to even reply. So basically I have a £734 watch that has a defect. My horologist says he can repair but it will cost £150. Reluctantly I will have to drop my rating as there is clealy no after market care or service at all, BE WARNED.

Beautiful watch with a unique design. Love having the second band and the tool to swap them out!
