Montre superbe et packaging au top, très content de mon achat!

I placed the order on a Friday evening and the watch shipped the following Tuesday. It arrived on Tuesday the following week.

My 1956 white Chronograph looks great on my wrist. It looks beautiful in person. There are details and textures on the watch that are not as obvious in the pictures. I am very happy with the purchase and the fast shipping.

The watch itself is a beauty, excellent quality and fulfilling my expectations.

When I discovered this company, I really liked their design. I immediately ordered the Rivenera and later these watch. I was even considering another. When I unpacked the box, I was pleased with the quality of the packaging and the appearance of the watch.
However, when I started wearing the watch, I noticed that it gains almost a full minute per day. My watchmaker couldn’t fix this issue. Well, that’s acceptable to some extent.
What really surprised me was that just a couple of months later, I found several scratches on the glass. It’s claimed to be sapphire crystal. I own many watches with sapphire glass, and I’ve never had this many visible scratches appear in such a short time of wearing.
But what was MOST DISAPPOINTING is that I wrote them several emails, attached photos of the scratches, and asked for an explanation of how this could happen. They completely ignored me and never responded.

Eccellente qualità ed estetica molto accattivante

Mi è arrivato 2 ore fa un Averau fasi lunari Limited Edition, che dire, il packaging è veramente curato nei minimi dettagli, l'orologio poi è davvero uno spettacolo.
Indipendentemente dai gusti estetici, quello che si percepisce osservandolo attentamente è mettendolo al polso è la qualità. Sicuramente superiore al prezzo pagato rispetto a quello che mediamente offre il mercato. Totalmente soddisfatto, credo che presto ne acquisterò un altro. Bravi.

Pur essendo un’azienda che si può considerare ancora in erba nel mondo dell’orologeria, si distingue per personalità dei prodotti, serietà, puntualità e attenzione nel servizio.
Poi i loro orologi possono piacere o meno, ma il rapporto qualità/prezzo è assolutamente indiscutibile, come indiscutibile è il loro potenziale: sono convinto che in breve tempo questo marchio andrà consolidandosi sempre di più

Très bon contact téléphonique au sujet du suivi de ma commande, cela malgré la barrière de la langue ( je suis en France ), mon interlocuteur a fait l'effort d'utiliser ses quelques notions de Français, pour m'apporter les réponses que j'attendais. Merci monsieur.

Je n'ai pas encore plonger avec, mais elle respire la qualité, la qualité des matériaux de fabrication, la qualité de fabrication, les finitions, le superluminova de cadran, et enfin, son design magnifique...

I had an issue in customs and couldn't provide proof of my social security number. After going back and forth with the wonderful Federica we were finally able to resolve the issue right before the watch was going to be sent back. I couldn't of gotten this done without the all the amazing help from everyone at the Echo Neutra family. The watch, a black dial 1956 Cortina 3h with the bracelet, is absolutely beautiful. The finishing and separation between the brushing and polishing punches well above it's weight. The bracelet itself is a beautiful piece, the fine brushing on the center links and the polishing on the outer links is first-rate, it's one of my favorite factory bracelets ever. At times you completely lose track of it being on your wrist and this is impressive because the bracelet, and the watch itself, aren't particularly super-light. They're not heavy by any stretch but the bracelet and how it wears makes it feel much lighter than it is.
