Nice watch but US buyers BEWARE
Nice watch but US buyers BEWARE! A Swiss movement in an Italian watch gets you a Swiss tariff of 39%. Do not buy this watch online. There is no warning that you are going to pay the Swiss tariff and not the much lower Italian tariff.

We are sorry to hear that your shopping experience did not fully meet your expectations. On our website we clearly state, in several sections, that customs duties for US customers are not included in the purchase price. Unfortunately, US customs regulations and related tariffs – which for Swiss Made watches can be as high as 39% – are subject to constant changes and are beyond our control.

I'm waiting for it
To start, I still haven't received the watch; it's still in customs.
You sent the watch four weeks after payment (I read after you left for vacation).
At customs, they requested a lot of information for the watch's release (Mexican regulations), but I hope to finally have it this week, all the paper work it's done.
Honestly, the taxes aren't that high, so it worth buying it.

Orologi molto belli
Acquistato sul sito un crono grigio. Molto bello l'orologio, in particolare mi è piaciuto molto il contrasto del 1956 rosso piuttosto originale, un disegno non diffuso nel mondo dell'orologeria e che rende echo/neutra unico.
Un suggerimento: dovreste prevedere nella fase di acquisto la possibilità di inserire la misura del polso, in modo che l'orologio con bracciale in metallo possa arrivare già indossabile.

Watch arrived when it was supposed to. Beautiful presentation. Useful tool provided too. Watch looks really nice; very very happy with it. I like that it's a manual wind too.

This is my fifth Echo Neutra timepiece and they are all fantastic timepieces. Customer service is excellent and the whole experience from the ordering process to shipping is flawless. I highly recommend their timepieces to any watch enthusiasts out there.

The averau moon phase big moon white (full lume) has grown to be my favorite watch in the past month it’s dominated my collection it’s slowed me down on purchases as well this watch has a personality and it’s very unique everything about it is done well the h link bracelet is amazing I also have the black cadura band as well I highly recommend this brand received on 6-17-25 my birthday present
