Our Position on Trustpilot Reviews We no longer consider Trustpilot to be a credible, independent, or reliable representation of customer opinion about our business. Our concerns are not about receiving negative feedback. We accept that no business will satisfy every customer, and genuine criticism is both legitimate and valuable. Our concern is the apparent inconsistency in the way Trustpilot's own review guidelines are applied. We have experienced situations where negative reviews or criticism concerning Trustpilot itself appear to be removed, while reviews containing allegations, personal attacks, or statements that we believe are misleading, unsupported, or potentially defamatory are permitted to remain on our business profile. If a platform establishes rules governing authenticity, fairness, and acceptable content, those rules must be applied consistently. Trustpilot cannot reasonably expect businesses to respect its guidelines while failing to demonstrate the same standard of accountability and transparency itself. For this reason, we are no longer prepared to cooperate with or endorse Trustpilot as a reliable review platform. We do not accept reviews on our Trustpilot profile as automatically genuine simply because they have been published there. Where we have reasonable grounds to believe that reviews are not genuine, are misleading, or do not comply with the platform's own standards, we cannot regard them as an authentic representation of our customers' experiences. This is not an attempt to silence legitimate criticism. Genuine customer complaints should be heard and addressed. However, a business should not be expected to accept unverified allegations or potentially defamatory statements simply because they have been published on a third-party platform. Trust and credibility work both ways. If Trustpilot wants businesses and consumers to trust its platform, it must demonstrate that its rules are applied equally, transparently, and independently—including when the criticism is directed at Trustpilot itself. Until we see that level of consistency and accountability, we will not present Trustpilot's reviews as a trustworthy or independent measure of our business reputation.Se mere
