The skip was delivered on time. They message to say it would be picked up on Monday, it wasn't they then said Friday it wasn't. It spent 15 days blocking my drive. The call centre was no help. They use contact skip companies who would have been cheaper. Just go direct to the skip company. I've learnt my lesson will never use again

I thought overall the easy skip experience was as it says easy skip i was happy with all of it and it was the cheapest too so dont think cheap price means you should lose out on quality of service because easy skip did awesome on all aspects I dont agree with the they let you know you cant have so and so in it the day after getting it which could of meant having to dig out certain stuff if you didnt already know but this didnt affect me as I already knew what was and was not allowed but its seemed a little bit late for it to be taken on board should someone not read into it as much but thats just constructive criticism. My experience was 5 * for sure not a single issue many thanks and I will use you again if needed

An easy process to organise, with several updates and reminders around delivery and collection.

The booking process was straightforward. I received emails from easyskip confirming my booking, when skip would arrive and be picked up. Very pleased and would recommend.

My experience with easy skips was fast efficient and very friendly.I had 2 x 6yard skips and the driver was fantastic with a great personality.Overall it was easy.As it says on the tin.would recommend all day long.Cheers guys......

Do not use.. bad bad bad!!!
Booked a skip, the company said it would be delivered from 7am on the day..
We had lad waiting on site... Nothing...
When rang up in the afternoon, they said driver had came and gone and he couldn't do the drop because of scaffolding in the way...
Apparently, driver got there around 6.30am?? When they said from 7am.. took a photo then left without a word...

Obviously, we need to order another skip from a different company... And guess what? They delivered with no issues...
They refunded around half of what we paid, because the driver made a wasted trip...
It was a wasted trip because his skill wasn't good enough and we had to pick up the bill...

SHOCKING EXPERIENCE. AM DELIVERY ARRIVED 4PM. THEN HAVENT COLLECTED SO FLYTIPPING OCCURRED INCLUDING PAINT SPILLED OUT DAMAGING MY DRIVEWAY. OVER 2 WEEKS OVERDUE FOR COLLECTION. DO NOT USE. NEGLIGENCE CLAIM FILED.

I ordered a skip Bank holiday Monday to be delivered on the Wednesday and it was. I thought only having 1 working days notice it might have come later but it turned up on the Wednesday as requested.Then asked for the skip to be collected earlier via WhatsApp and got an immediate response. The skip was picked up early.

Skip delivered nice and early on the requested date, and collection was the same. Great service and competitive price.

It was very straightforward to arrange, despite the original date not being possible to book.

A point is being deducted purely from the perspective that I made an enquiry about the suitability of an item I wanted to dispose of at the bottom of the skip (a carpet), however, it took 7 days to receive a reply. And by then, the opportunity to dispose of the carpet that would have been flattened by what was added to, was lost.

Easyskip advertise that they can deliver a skip the next day, but they failed to do so, then could only deliver 5 days later. They did not reduce the price at all. They then failed to deliver the skip on that day, and stated it would be another 6 days before we could get a skip. No mention of reducing costs or trying to improve. Their customer service is abysmal, no person picks up the phone and they blatantly ignore the WhatsApp messages sent. If I don't receive the refund within the right time I wouldn't be surprised. Do not use this company.

Ordered an 8 yard skip and they delivered a 7 yard skip a day late. I couldn’t get rid of all my waste. When I complained about the lateness, they tried to blame their subcontractor with a lie. Meanwhile the subcontractor had previously phoned to say Easyskip had paid them late. When I asked Easyskip for a partial refund they refused. I asked for a director’s name to make a formal complaint and I am still waiting 3 week later. I advise you to avoid this company for the reasons mentioned.

Where do I start. Firstly how expensive are skips to hire nowadays?
I booked a 8 yard skip for 1 week which cost nearly £400. Delivery day was booked for a Friday. Was then told it would come Saturday between 7-7 waited in all day. I had waste on my drive on Friday ready to load in to skip as it was due that day but didn't turn up until MONDAY.
Not only is there no way to contact other than email or a whatapp message (with NO number), when you do email there is NO response. My skip was then collected 9am Friday morning. paid for a week didn't have it a week!!!
