Order ref. 31017036990 Our skip was booked Thursday 16 July - Sunday 19 July and did not arrive with no contact from the company as to why. A generic message arrived telling us our skip had been delivered on Friday morning and we informed them it hadn’t. We were assured via WhatsApp that they’d contact the depot and get back to us with an ETA. This did not happen and the skip did not arrive on Friday either. We emailed and phoned asking for updates but got no response. It is now Saturday morning and we have contacted their WhatsApp number twice asking for updates and how we will be compensated for the two lost days and are waiting for any reply. According to their delivery windows they could conceivably deliver by 7pm tonight and collect at 7am tomorrow morning which would give us a skip for 12 hours. We’ve now said that if we don’t get an immediate response with an update on eta and compensation for the two missed days that we will just cancel and raise a dispute with the bank to reclaim the money paid for non-service. It’s been a miserable experience so far and I’ve been unable to park in my driveway waiting for them to come plus our drive is full of the waste we assumed we would have a container for days ago.

I booked a skip first thing in the morning based on the website stating there was availability to my postcode for next-day delivery.

At 2:08pm, they emailed me to ask about access and for the What3Words address which I gave.

Then at 5:21pm, they emailed to state that the next available date was for 3 days later.

If they had been honest up front, we would have had time to arrange a skip from a different supplier. Now we will be a week behind our plans, as we had no time left to arrange a skip for the day we needed.

My interpretation is this is just a booking agent who pushes the jobs to other suppliers and lures customers in with false availability.

Shouldn't be allowed.

The cost was cheaper than other firms that I looked at.

My friend attempted to book a skip for June 13th, and after booking received an email saying they would not be able to bring it until June 17th. He booked the skip for two weeks and as the delivery date had been changed this meant the collection date was moved to the 1st July. Unfortunately my friend is late stage terminal cancer (we hired the skip to begin clearing his house) and was in hospital, up until 5 days before the collection date. The skip was removed five days early with no warning of this happening, and when I contacted customer services to ask why this had happened, they took the over a week to give any kind of reason for this happening, and the reason was they had not amended the permit to go until the new collection date (set by them) so had to collect it five days early. We asked for some kind of reimbursement or to have skip brought back for five days and were told that's not possible, but were offered £30 off another skip order (which barely makes a dent in a £400 skip order). This has been extremely frustrating and disappointing, would definitely not recommend this service.

From start to finish the online booking system was easy to navigate, booking & payment was straight forward.
Communication was excellent & updated throughout the process.
Delivery & collection was excellent, both drivers were very friendly/helpful & there were no hassles.

Firstly to start with, all the 5 star reviews must be fake or people who work for the company, secondly I was adamant that this company was a scam, here is why….
I booked the skip through the company on the 14th of June 2026 for a house move, I was charged £396 for the skip, after looking at competitors it was the best and I was happy to pay it. This was for the skip to be delivered on the 16th of June 2026 and to be picked up on the 19th of June 2026.
I then get an email confirming the booking.
Shortly after on the 14/6 I get an emailing stating they would not be able to process the request for this on the 16/6, and asking if I would be happy for it to be delivered on the 18/6 and they would extend the duration and move the collection date.
I was fine with this as I understood ordering a skip with two days notice could be a bit of an issue so I agreed and was happy. Money was taken out of my account and all seemed well.
Fast forward to the 18/6 I get an email from easy skip, saying the depot they use were experiencing issues with lorries and would not be able to deliver on the 18/6 and it would be delivered the 19/6 by the latest. I wasn’t best pleased with this although I understand there can be circumstances that are unforeseen and means it makes business difficult, I contacted easy skip and they apologised and confirmed that the skip would be delivered on the 19/6 and I don’t need to worry.
The next day, no delivery by 13:30 hours (although receiving an email stating the skip had been delivered), I call easy skip at 13:57 on 19/6, they stated on the call they would call the depot and check why it had not been delivered and started they would contact me back on the 19/6 for an update.
17:20 still not contact back from easy skip on 19/6. At 17:37 I call them, while at work so not easy to dip out for calls, the lines are closed and are not open until Monday the 22/6, so a weekend with no skip, no contact and items booked for moving dates that now are issues because I haven’t had a skip.
Numerous calls to rearrange things, costs incurred and stress had, safe to say I was not happy.
Very very unhappy email sent to the company.
Monday 22/6, contact from the company stating the reason it wasn’t delivered on the 19/6 was due to a number of drivers ringing in sick, I am sorry but if business opens at 09:00 then you would have known it was an issue from the start of the day having limited drivers, why was contact not made to inform customers, also I contact the company well into business hours and was not informed of this, I am sorry but this is poor management and customer service.
I then request a conversation about the issues and possible compensation when the skip is finally delivered on 22/06. The company state this is something they would need to speak to the depot about, I asked for the contact details for the depot and was refused this.
I had the skip for Monday 22/6 until it was collected on Wednesday 24/6 so originally booking it for 3 days, I get it for 2 days and I pay the same, I’m not Albert Einstein but the math doesn’t add up there.
Again I request a conversation about compensation but nothing and still nothing over a week later.

I would say, avoid this company by a mile, no doubt they will figure some way of removing this to protect their profit margins but I will repost and repost until the company reaches out.

Please save yourselves time, money and stress do not order from these cowboys.
