Helped me when I need it and was polite about it and understood that I was in a tight situation

When my car engine quit, I didn't know where I would get the money to pay for the repair and applied for loan and got it. It was easy.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE DO NOT USE THEM! The 90 day interest free is a scam. They find all types of excuses to break it & add on all these ridiculous fees! They’ve also ruined my credit score when I was making my payments. I fell through hard times as I got covid and I had a lot of bills I was behind on. I made payments to them & it literally didn’t even put a dent in my balance because of the crazy fees they add & the interest from the interest they said I owed from the 90 day rebate since I “missed a payment”. They emailed me multiple times in the past 2 months saying they were going to send my account over to collections if I didn’t make a payment. They call me about 10 times a day EVERY SINGLE DAY & they call me from over 15 different phone numbers!! They are literally harassing me! They are greedy for money and do not care about their customers!! & Their interest rates are absolutely RIDICULOUS! Do not get yourself tied up with these people they are AWFUL!!

These places have come and gone over the 53 years of my life. Eventually they get caught but, only after they steal millions of dollars from legitimate, loyal customers.
I ride very honest reviews and I am the top 10% on Google.

Easypay finance was the loan company that I got a loan to pay off an auto repair. I've been doing my best to make my payments online, as well as making an auto payment system in place so I wouldn't have to be late on my payments. The system wasn't automatically making the payment withdrawals from my checking I noticed, so I've been attempting to make the payments manually. And for some reason the payments would bounce when I would make payments. I've called easypay finance about it and they had reassured me the promotional period where I wouldn't face any interest or penalty fees would happen.

So today on July 26th, I called easypay finance to make sure that the payments I've attempted to make would go through, they're basically communicating to me in a confusing manor that simply wasn't clear to me, and on top of that my promotional period ended as a result despite speaking them earlier in the month a about it not being the issue. And as I was talking to them, on their phone app they changed the initial Balance to a new balance which includes a lot of interest fees and I don't understand why, and when I attempted to ask they would not making their explanation clear to me. I don't know what to do.

I feel like easypay finance purposely made things confusing, made their phone app inoperable, delaying the process of payments in order to scam people into messing up somehow.

I really need some help with this situation. But as of now I recommend against anyone using this service.

I've also contacted the better business bureau and consumer finance protection bureau.

I know that maybe essypay finance might respond here and apologize for the inconvenience, and they will attach an email for customer service as well as a phone number, but I know they won't help because this is how they make their money. So I just wanted to leave this here so if anyone wants to look up reviews on the internet, I hope my review shows up and it'll keep people away from doing business with them.

Paid in full on due date during promotional period. Returned my payment by telling me that I chose my bank account and not my credit card. Which I did not. Charged me an extra $350 to pay off in full 4 days later. Will be reporting and disputing this payment with BBB. They do nothing but lie and try to make it so you can’t pay them.

The agent was very nice and professional especially when I realized the promotion was over...he patiently explained that it began as soon as the financing was established. Then proceeded to share how to quickly get it paid off with very little finance charges.

Ms L was very polite and helped me get my account situated. Give her a Raise.

I was looking at my balance and was curious to see what I am incurring daily so I reached out via e-mail.
Naturally I asked how the 90 day rebate is processed/refunded.
They said I don't qualify because of a "Returned payment" which was not processed on their own fault. For whatever reason, they did not process the payment and say I no longer qualify for the 90 day rebate....

I will be disputing this. The same amount was processed the same day. Makes no sense.

This company is no good. I called to say I wanted to pay within the 3 months and the girl told me ok just pay by the 3 months and it will be fine. She didn't tell me I had to set up a schedule. Then I look at the account and they're taking money every 2 weeks and say I'm disqualified because of a return payment. I spoke to a manager who didn't want to believe the receptionist told me just pay in the 3 months and nothing else. They gave me.wrong information, probably purposely, and won't do anything to help. Why would I pay all that interest for $400. Bad business

I was able to get financed even though the finance charges are high I will have paid off within the 90 days. The process was fast the people were friendly.

I will start off by saying this is probably one of the worst services I've ever used. I don't even really know where to start, well the interest rate which is over 150% (that has to be illegal somehow). So even if you miss one payment your back to where you started 2 weeks before. Even if you pay on time the interest rates almost literally cuts your payment down in half which makes it look like you barely paid anything. Also the other BIGGEST problem I have with them is that you have no way to contact them. What i mean is that they've sent me emails about discussing my account, and they'd list a phone number in the email and of course their phone numbers DO NOT work. You can try and call the number and it'll give you 3 beeps and hang up. I've actually tried every number that's even listed on their website and NONE of them work. Even when you send emails to them they don't respond, and it almost seems like they do deliberately so you have no way to talk with them. So Easypay Finance team if you are seeing this review, then please respond to my emails, email me, or call my cell because I CANT CALL YOU. ALSO BE PREPARED FOR THE CLASS ACTION COMIN YOUR WAY IM ALREADY BUILDING A CASE. And you better not respond with saying oh sorry for the frustration contact us by email because your company doesn't even respond to emails. I'm done with the games. (P.S.- Id give zero stars if i could.)

I had no problem with this company. You must pay off in 90 days. If you took the time to read the contract, you would realize the interest is 3 times the amount if not paid in 90 days

Easy pay is a scam their customer service reps hang up on clients and have done so multiple times They do everything in their power not to accept full pay offs before the no interest due date and they are rude while doing so. They will literally hang up on you while trying to pay so they can charge interest and their website rarely works. And I know they are going to copy and paste their negative review response and then not help as they have done to countless others. Their replies are so unprofessional it seems as if they have 14 years olds on their payroll.

If I could give them a negative star, I would! Foremost, customer service is beyond rude. I have submitted all payments on time and early. I submitted the final payment way before the due date, with my bank account as the default payment. They did not charge it through the bank account. Instead, they charged my card and then "declined" it. I contacted them, and they asked me to provide a screenshot of my bank account, which I did. She said that since the card was declined, I have to pay an additional $500 because the rebate is dishonored due to the card being declined, even though I did not select the card for this payment.
