This is the worse company I will NEVER work with again. The biggest scam Ever.

DO NOT BORROW FROM THEM EVER.

Their payment system is set up to fail you from the start. 189% Interest on all payments. If you get a return payment and the issue is on the company side. Kiss your promo period good bye. Every time Ive tried to make a payment there was an issue and instead of their system picking up an incorrect card number or expiration date (typo) they just let you put the info in the system and go, unlike other financial businesses who alert you that your payment method has an issues. Call up and speak with customer service and the only thing they will ever tell you is there is "NOTHING WE CAN DO ABOUT THAT" YOU'RE NEVER GOING TO STOP OWING THESE PEOPLE.

DO NOT BE A VICTIM HERE. SAVE YOURSELF AND RUN TO THE NEXT WORST OPTION THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT IT.

Came back to edit my review and let someone know that if you have an issues do not contact phone support as they are terrible and will not do anything to get your issue resolved ask for the customer service email address. They were able to resolve my issue in less than 1hr of emailing them.

Getting approved for EasyPay Finance was fast and such a great resource for me. I found a very expensive dog that I wanted and paid her off, interest free, in less than three months.

I will never use this company again I paid faithfully every two weeks and all I got in return was a 500 dollars added to my payments and make it so bad I only had 300 dollars left then I come my payments is now 800 dollars and when you call customer service they don’t care about you and what you got going on they just care about money I will never ever use this company again the rip you off

Stay far away from these predators ! Ive been trying to find a puppy and this pet shop that I found in Hershey PA was offering this 90 day interest free on one, I made the big mistake of doing business with this company! I had a death in the family and lost track of time by 1 week I called them to see if there was any way to lower the 168%APR which I am pretty sure is illegal being that the top rate set fourth in California (where the company is based) is 10%

Cost me over 100$ in interest in less than 2 weeks, I paid off the entire 4000 before the third week and they never even gave me my interest back like they said. Overcharge and then lie to customer as a lender that's just wow. America.

I gave 4 stars to easy pay hold because little wait time on hold and the person I talk to had a hard time hearing me

I wish i would have known about this prior to accepting a contract with them. These people are FRAUDULENT!!! My agreement was only 848.13 and i have over paid by 956.22 they pretend to return payments and try to act like it is your banks fault. Managers hang up with you to not resolve the issue. Re attach inquirys to my credit score. I have spoken to several managers all have different excuses. I have provided proof to them and yet they still say i owed them money and would not stop until i gave them an extra $68.09 I will be taking legal action against the corruption of this company. I have never been this infuriated with a company in my life. Anyone whos considering them. Save yourself the time and money!
** update ** I had my bank on a 3 way call with them verifying the last two payments with a manager ( laura) very nasty. Accused me multi times of not paying the last payment and even after hearing that she still was in disbelief that the last payment was not made and still will not refund me for the overpayment . She literally heard them tell her that it was not refunded & the payment posted. Got really quiet and said thankyou. Still needed to do research. She had no excuse to not refund me. Instead she wants to escalate to another supervisor and give me a call back. She got mad when i told her i was recording her. And said she will hang up if i continue to record her. I will update this tomorrow if anything changed with this the ( Third manager ) tbh i belive they are just h e double hockey stick bent on keeping my money because they had a problem on their end and they want my money to take care of their problem. If this manager is still in disbelief that the payment was deducted and refuses to refund me the next step will be disputing with my bank and the best part about that is telling them the time wellsfargo was conferenced into the call and the rep telling the manager that i paid 2 different times. So they wanna keep the charades and refuse to give me my money back they have no idea how far im willing to go. They have the right one!. Il update this when i hear from this other manager tomorrow *

Convenient, user friendly, and resourceful.

I made a 1000 dollar payment in my 90 day which would have left me with 200 left to pay if they continued to take my bi weekly payments they quit taken them out I owed 880 after that now owe 2300 because they quit taken my bi weekly payments. That is a breach of contract. Now have to get lawyer involved.

As they Bot reply their customer service person even said that something wasn't right on my phone call. It's been 48hrs since I was told I would hear back with 24 to 48 hrs and still nothing. I also have emailed them with a photo of the contract that states prepayment doesn't change the next payments day. Yet they quit taking payment after which makes it a clear breach of contract. This place has many class action law suits filed stay away. Learn from the 50% 1 star reviews

If I could rate zero I would.
My contractual payment drafted from my account, it does every 2 weeks. I made an extra payment from a different account which was returned because my husband unknowingly used the money.
Easy Pay kicked my account out if the finance program due to the return payment.
I tried to explain what happened, and that they did receive the contractual payment and the return of the extra payment was not intentional.
They could care less.
I emailed Mary Jones,Predident, Jay Yeager the controller, BBB and the merchant to ask them to quit using this company. It is just not fair to me.
I have done everything right. This was completely a mistake.
Pure crooks.

I called to change the amount of the online payment made the night before, after realizing the payoff figure wouldn't clear due to an unexpected/unauthorized ACH that had hit my account. I was able to adjust the amount paid on my EasyPay account quickly, easily, and with the relief of knowing my bank account would not end up overdrawn. The agent was professional, understanding, reassuring, and also very helpful. I have never had a negative experience dealing with the company, or with customer service. Phenomenal all around!

Abigail is an excellent representative for Easypay Finance. I was very unhappy with an issue with my account and Abigail was very patient and sympathetic with me in getting this issue resolved. Abigail restored my faith in true customer service.

had 90 days to pay off a loan or I would owe 135% interest. I have 45 days still left in my loan and I accidentally selected the wrong card so my payment got returned I never missed a payment and in 30 days I managed to pay 75% of my loan and it voided the 90 day agreement so now I’m stuck paying 135% interest. I tried to bargain to pay the balance in full and they wouldn’t accept the offer so now I’m stuck paying 135% over a stupid mistake.

Zero stars for this company! They are the biggest crooks I've ever seen. Don't believe me check out their Better Business Bureau page and see the extremely long list of complaints! DO NOT FINANCE THROUGH THEM!! You pay off your loan and they will concoct a scam to charge you an outrageous amount of interest, example they have charged over 100% in interest, OVER! On loans that have no interest if paid by a certain date. You pay your loan off in full by the required date and that's when they tell you interest occurs daily, from day 1 of the loan!! And regardless of what they claim THEY DO NOT make this known and I have every screenshot of contracts, offers, talking to representatives, and what I received in person from the merchant. And not once did anyone say nor is it mentioned in writing the intrest is charged daily, NOT ONCE. The only thing that is pushed repeatedly is to pay off by a certain date to have no interest. Do not use this finance company!! You're better off going without whatever it is you're trying to get financing for!!

easy to get but hard to get rid of even at paying every 2 weeks for a year and still not paid off all i borrowed was 1100.00. i have paid this debt off more than once. They are very harrassing. I removed the auto pay and the card from my account and easy pay went back in re-enrolled me and started taking frm that account at their will

your interest rate are extremely excessive. with that being said you could at least give 6 months to help ease those going thru hardships. Three months is not enough time. if I had the funds available to pay on the original cost I would not have needed your services. I appreciate the help BUT taking advantage of consumers during hard times is akin to price gouging.
