It is a good app. It help me to manage and organize my parcel and order. It has function to compare rate between courier. I love the user interface and user experience.

Easyparcel are very quick at delivering on time,have friendly customer service and have the most attractive website and the user experience is just the best!!

I have been using this for quite some time in shipping international shipments. It is better compared to other similar platforms. Their CS are responsive and nice to talk with.

They won’t support you if there’s a parcel weight/size discrepancy dispute.

Be wary that even if you send them the required pictures to prove the size and weight of the parcel, they will still take the couriers side and deduct from the card attached to your account. Their responses were repetitive and they will not listen to your points or concerns when it comes to disputes.

Even though they provide a service that’s useful, I will no longer be using them after this. Just look at whatever couriers they have and cut them out as the middle man.

Honestly they’re already a dodgy company for making you purchase ‘credits’ instead of paying for the exact postage price. In addition to that, once you add your credit/debit card you will not be able to remove it.

Just a warning to whoever’s considering them, but especially small business owners !

Good delivery booking platform which helps to save a lot of time. As delivery bookings can be made online . And I don't have to went to the post office with the free pickup service from home.
