Shouldn't it be the other way around where they should be the one providing photo evidence of the 'weight discrepancy' when taking other people's money?

CHAOS!!

Bad service, their management is chaos, parcels always go no way and pending there for long, no one follow up even the have a live chat on website, but they never attempt to solve problem, same as their parcel tracking system, hanging there and no response if you requested them to further address the problem.

Very bad service, borderline scam.

Very bad service. Package was not collected for weeks after payment. Customer service also lousy. Receive a call from their pick up agent, didn't came for it and when call and whatsapp, he never answer.

Absolutely slow and inconsistent

Absolutely slow and inconsistent customer service. They took over a month to solve a refund issue because the parcel wasn't delivered. I have sent 2 parcels, both rejected for the same reason. 1 gave me a full refund and the other gave no refund and even charged a return fee. Lol. Absolutely bollocks. And they don't reply to your emails when you send them anything, they only reply when they want. A snail service. Even letters with pigeons would reach faster. Here, Easyparcel, I promised I'd drop a review for your ridiculous service, you're welcome.

Rubbish Service

I have requested the courier service to pick up my parcel on 19/12, until 24/12. Also, no action has been taken to pick up my parcel. also most delay 5days, and I have been daily reporting several times, they have no feedback from Easy Parcel! Avoid It People!

always us weight discrepancy to charge me extremely a lot of money. They claim that my parcel should be 18.72kg instead of the 18kg I booked. The rate for 19kg I should be charge RM30.60, BUT they charge me RM44.11. And when I question them they ask me for the photos of my parcel to twist the main focus of this issue. I didn't even try to argue about the weight difference they claim since the parcel is long gone into customer's hand. I just need an explanation why RM1.50 price difference they charge me RM15 instead.

Worst ever customer service I have ever…

Worst ever customer service I have ever come to, please don't use their service or you will regret it. First try and parcel lost, then 10 days no reply. Didn't even bother explain what's the process next for me as customer. Been talking to AI for 10 days and no result. Need to keep pushing them even until now not yet resolve. if there's a choice for me to not give any star, I will do that because they don't deserve any star at all. You know there are red flags when they take off all the comments and reviews in their social media. Word of advise, please DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE

I made a HUGE MISTAKE BY CHOOSING THEM AND LOST A LOT OF MONEY!

I am still so angry - they cancelled two shipments that were meant to be picked up for absolutely no reason at all and no compensation or refund! Customer service is absolutely no help at all - they are practically non-existent! BE CAREFUL AND DO NOT CHOOSE THEM!

This company is a HUGE SCAM! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

TERRIBLE SERVICE

Terrible service. I requested a pickup and waited for 1 week and still the pickup hasn’t come yet. I tried calling the customer service and texting and they don’t pickup. Absolutely horrendous. DONT USE EASYPARCEL

Unreliable. Nobody came to pickup. Very bad service. Stay away. parcel for 2 days.

Usually i go send parcel myself. I have been doing this manually for few years now. But this few days my transport brokedown. So i opt to try easyparcel as they say have free pickup. Made my order and waited the whole day but nobody came yet when ask customer service, they say already failed to pickup 3 times. What? There were 3 persons sitting at the living area the whole day waiting for pickup. But nobody came. And if u give pickup service, you wont call or notify when u are coming / arrive? Whats the point if ur customer have to literally wait for pickup and cannot do anything else? Waste of time. Waste of money. The system need you to topup a min of rm28 and its not refundable. Very bad service. Stay away. Mark my word.

SCAMMER

I SENT A PARCEL TO THE USA ON 23RD JUNE, THEY SENT IT TO UK. I REALISED ON 3RD JULY RIGHT BEFORE ETA, TOLD THEM SEVERAL TIMES FROM THAT DAY NOT TO DELIVER BECAUSE I HAD TO RE-SEND ANOTHER ONE TO THE BUYER DUE TO LATE DELIVERY. THEY DID NOTHING, ON 23RD JULY THEY TOLD ME THEY HAD DELIVERED AND CANNOT BE STOP, NO PROOF OF DELIVERY. THE RECEIVE IS IN THE USA, THEY SEND IT TO UK AFTER ONE MONTH, I STOPPED THEM ON 3RD JULY, THEY CAME BACK TO ME AND SAID ALREADY DELIVERED ON 23RD JULY AND CANNOT BE STOP? EASYPRCEL REFURED TO EVEN ANSWER ME WHATTHE PARCEL WAS LATE FOR MORE THAN ONE MONTH, AND REFUSED TO REFUND ME BECAUSE I HAD TO SEND OUT TO ITEM FOR ONE ORDER, INCURRED 2 COST OF ITEM AND 2 INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT

Wasted 1 hour talking to an incompetent…

Wasted 1 hour talking to an incompetent CS Yashini on their site. Simple question cannot be answered, most likely avoiding question to avoid liability. Incompetent company that basically serves as a leech creating a "marketplace" that adds to the issue rather than solving an issue.

No compensation for lost international packages

if you want to choose this TERRIBLE company, please read my personal experience.My case has not been resolved for 3months!

👉Day1 19/12/2024 start file a claim untill today 12/03/2025

In 04/11/ 2024, a document was sent (via UPS)to the UK by a easyparcel company, but the document was lost on the way. After UPS verification, it was confirmed that it was lost.

At the same time, I also provided evidence such as all the documents and the value of the documents.19/12/2024
They replied that it would take about 28 days to process the compensation inquiry.
I have sent emails to inquire many times, but all the time the reply was "in progress". Then I emailed UPS to inquire about the compensation issue. They replied that
👉they had already settled it with Easyparcel and the compensation amount had been transferred to them.👈 Until today 12/03/2025 3 months after I applied for the claim, I asked easyparcel again, and their reply was that it was still in progress, I personally emailed UPS twice to confirm that the compensation had been transferred to them.I have the emails to prove it!

👉They have been delaying compensation, unwilling to pay for the lost insurance, and even withholding the lost goods and shipping fees that UPS should have transferred to me.,

Now that something has happened, they will just keep delaying solving the problem.When they see other customers leaving negative reviews on Google, they will ask them to email them so that they can solve the problem as soon as possible. This is the way their company works. They will only ask customers to email them but they will never take the initiative to follow up on the matter!!
