Super fast turnaround despite it being Christmas week!
Great quality fame and it came with hanging bits and bobs, which I didn't expect!

Ordered mounts exceeding £90 in total. Bottom and upper mounts completely unattached. Made a complaint weeks ago and yet to receive a response. Thought it was a one off and ordered more mounts. Not only are 4 of 6 mounts ordered the 2nd time are barely hanging on to each other, to top it off NONE of the 6 mounts have the bottom and top mounts aligned properly not a single one is usable.
I appreciate that it's a busy time of the year but this is extremely disappointing as they were also supposed to be christmas gifts for loved ones!!! Order number 20241216124

Ordered a silver foil custom picture frame with mount. Absolutely brilliant service from start to end. Easy ordering process, allows you to upload an image so you can visualize how your finished work will look. Good delivery timescales. The product was of a really high quality. The frame corners were precisely cut and all the elements were perfect. Made it easy to install my bead embroidery with the use of the self adhesive board.

Delivered on time but the quality of the frame itself is poor. Too expensive for this quality, could get the same frame from ikea for half the price. Very disappointed

Sent to Completely wrong address as for some reason they decided to not use my delivery address or billing address I have when placing my order so it was sent to someone else. I had to knock on strangers houses with the same house number hoping they had my parcel

Excellent. Made ordering the perfect frame and mount very easy, just by knowing the size of the print. Full choice of frames and different coloured mounts. Fully recommend.

Everything was excellent: choice of frames, guidance provided on website, delivery of samples, speed of processing my order, communication regarding processing and delivery updates. Have just unwrapped the frames and mitred corners are spot on. Very pleased and will be using Easyframe for all frames from now on.

Fantastic company! I needed 10 pics framing and hadn't used an online co before so called for some guidance before I ordered. Such a lovely helpful lady guided me through the ordering process and I ordered frames perfectly sized to the millimetre. Huge choice of frames, mounting board, glass etc and such an easy website to use. Order arrived quickly, really well packaged, all products top quality. Don't hesitate to use this lovely (family?) firm, honestly excellent from start to finish.

Highly recommend Easyframe!

I bought three frames from Easyframe and found the website very easy to use. The frames came within a week. They're good quality, and looked exactly like the photos. I needed an extra hook for one of the frames and got in touch via the order confirmation. Rob got back within a couple of hours to say he'd put one in the post. It's a lovely feeling to know that there are helpful actual people at the end of an email to resolve issues.
I will definitely be returning to Easyframe!

Absolutely awful. Ordered upgraded Perspex which was incorrectly supplied. Was 1cm out at the top and the bottom therefore didn’t fit the frame. I sent photos as proof to which they asked me to send back. Which I did. They then confirmed i was wrong (apparently my tape measure and my photo frame are wrong) and that they would not help me further. So now I have spent money on a product incorrectly sent and no product. I would avoid at all costs. It’s a real shame because I have used them in the past for my company but I will not in the future. I will also be raising with CMA, not because of the money but the principle. Customers have rights

I'm absolutely blown away by the quality and service Easyframe provides. The website is really easy to use, lots of options and fantastic value. My order was for 6 frames, some with mounts, all awkward sizes. Honestly, I don't think think this company can be beaten on price. Super quick too.

Ordered a military medal display frame, for my father’s medals. Arrived promptly and exactly as ordered. A very fast and professional service to which I was very pleased with. I will certainly be using Easyframe again and will recommend them to my friends and colleagues. “5 stars”.

Had 4 large frames made to order for some artwork, was great to be able to get frames made at a reasonable cost. They arrived very quickly and I was pleased they use UV filtering acrylic. I would recommend them.
