We sincerely appreciate your feedback and apologise for the dissatisfaction you've experienced with the service and product provided.
You placed an order for a custom-sized orange picture frame, which was delivered on Monday of this week, and you reported a concern regarding noticeable damage to the front of the frame.
As we explained in the communication sent to you upon completing your order, and as indicated on the outer packaging, any damage must be reported prior to using the items. This is a reasonable request to prevent complications, as it is quite easy for the wooden frame to sustain damage.
You mentioned that you had used the frame despite the visible damage and had already given it to a friend. Since you utilised the frame, we are unable to simply send a replacement or issue a refund.
However, it is inaccurate to claim in your review that we outright denied a refund. I proposed to arrange for the frame to be collected at our expense and assured you that a full refund would be processed once we received it back. So far, you have not taken up this offer.

The clue is in the name - Easyframe - it could not be easier to use the website. Instructions are clear and simple to follow and the delivery service is brilliant. My order was placed on 29 April and was received by me on 3 May.

Love these frames!
Love these frames that are made quickly and brilliantly.
The website is really user friendly and the instructions easy in terms of what you have to measure and the frames choices that you can make. I have ordered 4 tray frames for paintings that I am exhibiting in an exhibition soon and I'm really impressed by how professional my paintings look!

Poor service
Have been a customer for five years without any problem. Last order the frame and contents did not sit flush as normal. I wrote to the company but they do not seem interested. Failed to answer my latest email. Seem to think that covering the back of the frame with duct tape should solve the problem which is not satisfactory.

Thank you very much for your feedback, and I sincerely regret that you are not satisfied with the frame/mount you purchased. I apologise for my delayed response to your previous email; there were no specific questions or requests for action, so I didn’t feel it was necessary to reiterate the information I had already shared.
Concerning your complaint, you chose a shallow rebated frame that includes glazing/mount and an MDF backing board. When assembled, the contents protruded slightly from the back of the frame by a few millimeters. This is not a problem and will not negatively affect the artwork on display.
I mentioned that it is standard practice to seal any picture frame with tape after the artwork has been installed to achieve a more polished appearance. I did not suggest the use of duct tape nor imply that it was a solution, as there really isn't an issue to resolve.
As stated in my email, if you truly do not wish to keep the frame, please feel free to return the complete item to us for a full refund.
I apologise once more for your dissatisfaction.

Great custom frames & mounts
Ive used easy frames for a number of orders now and each time they have been brilliant , quick delivery by DHL in very good packaging which ensures your frames arrive in perfect condition. The choice of frames is very impressive, and you can quite literally order any size you want , with custom frame mounts in a very good colour selection. Its great being able to create something bespoke on the website and have it arrive perfectly in the next few days. I will no doubt be using easy frames again in the very near future.

Great Quality At A Great Price
Looking for frames for my artwork, the choices were very slim regarding paintings done on stretched canvas especially since they were of unusual sizes and I wanted more contemporary floating frame, but I eventually found EasyFrame, they take your measurements by mm and make to measure really nice frames, hanging kit is included and extra care really goes in to packing them up for shipping, which after a certain price is free, with fast and efficient dispatch and delivery Thank You EasyFrame my order arrived safe and sound, I'd highly recommend this business. Professional mounts. Quick delivery.
I work as an artist and was finding it extremely difficult to get a mount with a particular inner mount size. I came across the easyframe website and used their simple to use tool to get the exact inner and outer mount size that I needed.
The items arrived very quickly and were extremely well packaged so as there was no damage.
The mounts were faultless and cut very professionally.
I will definitely use this company again in the future.

I ordered two large bespoke size frames.
They arrived very quickly, very well packed.
Competitor sites had offered me the precise same spec product at more than twice the price, so I thought I was probably compromising on quality when I bought these. But no - they are excellent quality, really nicely finished, made with good materials, and perfect size.
