Two orders so far, very pleased
Two orders placed so far, one for a border which was dispatched quickly, well packaged and excellent quality.
Second was for two frames and an additional border, again dispatched quickly, well packaged and excellent quality.
The website is easy to use and only allows you to enter sizes of borders they can supply, unlike a previous company I used.
Good value for money and I will be using easyframe again. Highly recommended.

Frames for my vinyl records …
Was wanting to frame my vinyl record collection, looked around and found easy frame. They offered so much choice in colour and formats. Can even make a bespoke frame for you like mine. Had a little issue with one of my frames and Easy Frame went above and beyond to fix the issue. Thanks Nick

Great all round experience
Great all rounder! Website easy to navigate and makes it very easy to visualise what you are creating. I messed up my measurements a bit so Kerry contacted me the very next morning. We spoke on the phone and she clarified a few things for me to make sure that I was giving the correct measurements. Product arrived well packed and promptly. Would definitely return.

Amazing service & product
I would give this company more stars if I could.
I have used them for several picture mounts, the service is excellent, the quality is excellent, well packed item, the website is very simple to create bespoke mounts.
Most impressive of all, the shipping on my latest order was so fast - the item arrived 36 hours after order! I ordered at 9pm on Wednesday - delivery was before 9am on Friday.

Very helpfull Customer care
I had made a huge error in my calculations of sizes. Spoke to a very helpful lady (Kerry) who did the new and correct calculations for me and I also received a substantial discount on the re-order.
I dont think they could have been more helpful

Three great frames
Three great frames, St Ives float and box frame for oil pictures. I,m really pleased the way they look. Only problem the delivery firm DHL let me down delivering.

Problem resolved quickly
Mount arrived and was bent, due to the packaging having been bent despite warning notices stuck on the outside. Clearly the fault of the delivery company rather than Easyframe. Contacted Easyframe sales team to advise and received a prompt apology, together with a message saying that a new mount would be despatched. New mount received in perfect condition just a couple of days later. Delighted with the service.

Terrible customer service
Bought a frame and mount... the mount was incorrectly sized as evidenced by photos and a video. Communications with the customer service team were abrupt and ultimately did not lead to a resolution. What should have been a simply reshipping on the mount in the correct size, turned into accusations that I'd ordered the wrong mount.

You ordered a frame and mount, specifying that the mount should have an aperture exactly 616 X 503mm. Regrettably, the mount’s aperture was too large for your artwork, prompting you to email us for a replacement mount with borders 10mm wider than the original. You maintained that the error was on our part regarding the mount, so I requested photos to verify the issue. All the images and video you provided indicated that the mount had indeed been supplied correctly. I also consulted with your print supplier, and their website confirmed that your print size was smaller than the mount size you ordered.
Given that we supplied the mount accurately, as evidenced by your photos and the print supplier's website, it is fair for us to charge for a replacement mount based on the updated specifications you requested. As a goodwill gesture, I proposed to provide a replacement mount, 10mm wider than the original, with a discount of nearly 50%.
You declined this offer and stated that you would seek alternatives. I sincerely regret your dissatisfaction with the service provided. However, we have not made any error and therefore cannot be expected to cover the full costs for rectifying this situation.

Quality service throughout, EasyFrame sorted out an error I'd made on the order, communication & reassurance was most welcomed.
Frames were quality as expected and paying the extra for the museum grade is well worth it.

I have been using this company for over 8 years, and they never disappoint. I primarily order custom picture mounts and the delivery (although it's perhaps not the cheapest around) is always very speedy and reliable. The quality and precision of the mounts is excellent.
