Absolute trash product. They don’t send everything you need and there’s nothing easy about securing a canvas into the frame. When you flag the issues with the product, they tell you to hunt down some YouTube video with subjective advice. Once you follow that advice, it’s unreliable at best. Avoid, spend the money on a framer.

If you read between the lines on the many reviews on this business, you’ll find the same: fine if it’s fine, abysmal if you expect customer service. I am disappointed in the frame, but I am more appalled in the way this business runs as they take no fault for their shoddy products or lack of (reliable, useful) instruction. Not worth the headache.

Not sure what to write at the moment. EasyFrame - Order Complete - 20251101107. Just received an order for eight frames that are a repeat order of a frame that I have ordered before.The frames I have received aren't what I ordered even though the reference frame number is the same frame number as what I ordered before. Basically it's not what I ordered before though it should be. Luckily I paid with a credit card and so I have to give them fourteen days to reply before my credit card company gets involved. I have lots of orders to send to them but at the moment I am totally unimpressed. I personally think that they aren't charging enough. There is definitely something wrong with their quality control or, should I say, lack of quality control. Doesn't anybody check the order before you send them out????? Come on Easy frame, get your act together. You are not charging enough. I would rather pay more and get what I ordered. Shape up or pack up.
I have today received an email from Easy frame offering me a full refund though I would rather prefer to have the frames that I ordered. Hopefully they can fulfill my order correctly. At the moment I will change my review from a one star to three stars.

They did not replace the frames with the correct order. They had to refund me £145 to my credit card which they have done. I sent the incorrect frames back to them. I was asked to provide a picture of the incorrect frame that they'd sent to me. I did this on the day they asked me to do it and I got no reply from them on the same day and so I left a one star review on trust pilot. I then got a load of hassle from Rob Zanna, I think, for giving them one star. I ordered eight frames of the same style. You should have checked the order before you produced it, you should have checked the order when it was finished and you should have checked the order before it went out the door. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCUSE!
I have ummed and aahed about my review over the past couple of weeks. I upped my review to three stars but no, I won't be bullied by you. You really messed up and there's no excuse. Your behaviour towards me, the customer, was disgraceful. I am a good customer and I like your product, when you get it right, but when you get it wrong you turn on the customer. Absolutely no excuse for your behaviour towards me the customer. None whatsoever. I even advised that you charge more for your product and improve your quality control. If you'd have sent the correct order out to me without your bad behaviour towards me then I would have given you five stars.
I really like Easyframe but their customer service towards me was disgraceful. Eight frames and eight frames wrong. Not one mistake but eight. Eight mistakes. No excuse.

Really impressed: simple, no-frills interface which allows you to custom design the frame you want to your exact measurements with/without mount, etc.

This is my first time using online store for frame and matt board so lessons to be learned. As matt board opening is too small for my design (cross stitch) when I measured my design.
I gave myself an extra 1/4 inch gap around my design so to make sure all edges of my design would be on show and as it’s fabric would give me some wiggle room as I didn’t need too much fabric around the border showing but some would be fine. Somehow looking back at the small print after order placed in the ‘fitting, full spec link’ you could click on, shown at bottom of my order. It seems the image size reduces when cutting. So gives the image size I ordered and then says a different size (smaller) that will done instead. Not fully understanding this at time of ordering I will know in future not to measure my image size but measure outside the image size and then add some. For now I will use the frame but not the matt board for this design. You live and learn and will give it another try when I next finish another cross stitch piece and maybe order another matt board for this piece at same time.

The experience was fast, efficient and accurate. My parcel arrived 3 days after ordering and I was so excited to open it. I had restored 2 Victorian seascape oil paintings and the frames that I chose complement them both beautifully. An absolutely bang on service. Thank you Easyframe. I will most certainly use you again.

This website is by far the best one out there. For navigation, choice, ease of use, selection, ordering, buying etc etc it's brilliant. But that's not all: there's so much helpful, useful information in it AND it's so easy to find and use. There are videos that cover EVERYTHING you could possibly want to know and do. And they're so professionally produced. It's a joy to use. As for the frames themselves - great prices, great choice, and great quality. Fast shipment and wonderfully packed. Five stars isn't enough! Well done guys! I'm blown away by what you do and how you do it!

I discovered EasyFrame online but then realised the head office was near my home in Northampton so started dropping in with my concert posters for framing….

A great team led by a fantastic owner who made me welcome every visit. My home is filled of artwork from concerts attended by my wife and I and we love every job the team completed for us…. It makes our house a home with display the posters framed so professionally by the team…

I had to come here and review this site... I am very pleased with the frame I purchased, its very high quality and fits my specifications perfectly. I will be a repeat customer.

I had never used this company before but took the plunge and ordered three bespoke frames. I cannot fault the experience I have had since! The frames arrived in great time, wonderfully packaged and well protected. They were of good quality and my prints look fantastic in them. I was very nervous about my measurements but apparently I did a good job, everything fitted perfectly!
Unfortunately, there was a scratch in the glazing of one of the frames so I sent them a message later that night, expecting a response possibly the next day. I got a reply within twenty minutes. Having then sent photographs of the scratch, replacement glazing was posted out the next day.
This level of customer service was unexpected but an absolute joy to receive. They have a loyal customer now. In fact, I have ordered from them again since; it was only a single mount, but they will be my go-to for future framing needs.

Solidly made, easy to fit floating frame.

I ordered a frame to frame my cross stitch embroidery. The website is very easy to use for choosing a frame for my picture. I'm very happy with what I chose and received. Everything fits perfectly. The frame quality is excellent, and the order was completed and delivered quickly. Thank you.

Everything was right about buying this frame. The pricing and options were clear on the web site, including exact and very clear information on measurements, including the card mount.
The comms were great, the frame arrived in a short time and was well wrapped. The frame was precisely made and now the picture is in, it looks brilliant.

Fantastic service - made to measure frame with huge choice of frames and mounts. Much cheaper than going to a framing service and exactly what I wanted. I like the upload feature which helped me visualise it.

I ordered the skinny black metal frames which were not quick to arrive it has to be said. You have to unscrew the frame to insert your picture and also the 'hooks' for hanging that slide into the frame. The whole process was very time consuming and fiddly and some of the joins show as there are gaps. I thought they were very expensive for what they are - especially considering its a DIY job. No, I wouldn't buy again.
