Company sent a damaged frame which caused significant inconvenience. Indicates poor quality control in warehouse. Company operates minimum ecommerce standards when issuing refunds. Refund will not be processed until product received back by warehouse even though evidence of damaged goods provided and product collected by their own carrier network. Not a customer focused company. Will not use this company again. Very poor customer service.

Please accept my apologies once again for the damaged frame you received. The damage was extensive to one corner and is most likely to have occurred in transit.
I replied to your complaint within 5 minutes and simply requested the goods were made available for collection by our courier so we could get the damage issue resolved with the minimum of fuss. Our preference is always to collect the goods quickly, inspect them, and arrange a replacement where appropriate. While this is the more costly option for us, our aim is to resolve the issue thoroughly and ensure you experience no further inconvenience.
That said, we weren’t able to offer the 25% refund alongside a replacement you requested.
In light of your disappointment with the service you had received and the inconvenience caused, I decided the best resolution was a full refund on this occasion.
Regarding the timeline, the damage was reported yesterday, the parcel was collected today and it will no doubt be received back tomorrow. Once the parcel is received and inspected, I will personally ensure the refund is processed immediately. From the moment you reported the issue, the entire process should take less than 48 hours.
I did offer a replacement frame, but I understand you would prefer the refund instead, and I respect your decision.

Really happy with the speed of service…
Really happy with the speed of service for some custom picture mounts.
I measured the sizes slightly too small because I should've taken the back of the frames off first and measured in there, as there is a slight lip around the frame. Not enough to matter much, used a bit of tape to hold the mounts in place.

I'm sorry once again that you were disappointed with your purchase.
Your order was for a custom picture mount with external dimensions of 1010 × 370 mm, priced at £16.16 plus £7.20 delivery. Unfortunately, it appears you have misunderstood our website, as you were expecting to receive a complete custom picture frame—including glazing and backing—for the amount paid.
Both our website product description, order review, shopping basket and your order confirmation clearly stated that the item purchased was a "Custom Picture Mount", with no indication that a full picture frame was included. For clarity, a large bespoke picture frame of this size would typically cost significantly more, making it an unrealistic expectation at the price paid for the mount alone.
The pricing for the mount itself is fair and competitive when compared with other reputable online framing services. When you consider the substantial protective packaging—including the MDF board you referenced—which is necessary to ensure safe transit over around 400 miles, it is unlikely any meaningful profit was generated from this order. We can assure you this was certainly not the "rip-off" suggested in the review.
We truly regret the confusion and disappointment this has caused. If there's anything further we can do to assist, please let us know.

I am in the process of re-framing my Mother's embroideries that she has made over the past few decades. As the measurements of her pictures are not standard, it has been invaluable to be able to order frames to the mm, which means that her artwork fits exactly. I can also update and freshen-up some older artwork, so that it fits into our decor and looks great. The choice of frames is good and I am thrilled with the results, as I can now see her beautiful works of art from years ago in a modern setting.

Easyframe are probably the most customer focused supplier I've dealt with for some time. They are a communicative company that want to ensure you get the product you need for your project.
