From entering Easy Bathrooms (Aintree , Liverpool) we were impressed with the quality of the items available. On meeting Karen (Rep), she helped us through the complicated journey regarding choosing and purchasing a full bathroom/shower replacement. Karen provided us with a list of Fitters who Easy Bathrooms believed could be reliable based on the company's previous feed back. Our selection proved to be so. Throughout the instillation Karen was always at hand to offer advice or support. It was a very positive experience in relation to Easy Bathrooms and the Fitter.

The personal touch from Stuart at the Aintree branch made the decision to buy from the store an easy choice

Lynne was fantastic from the very beginning. Helped us in so many ways and with quality products at competitive prices (the sake was on!) our bathroom looks great. Thanks for all your help.

Service was not at the level I expected. Tiles are expensive and they do not take any tile back even if in perfect state with closed boxes.
This is the last place I would come back for tile shopping.

A great firm to deal with. Very helpful and knowledgeable sales staff who arnt pushy.
We had to return several smaller items which were exchanged or refunded without fuss.
Highly recommended.

From the moment we first went into Easy Bathrooms at Aintree we were looked after extremely well by Lyn. She took time to listen to the ideas we had for two bathrooms and a cloakroom. Lyn wax extremely patient, polite and courteous on each of our visits. The plans she produced brought our ideas to life, and even when changes were asked for, these were completed with guidance and support.
I have no hesitation in recommending Lyn at Easy Bathrooms, Aintree. We were extremely happy with the whole buying process and experience. Thank you so much Lyn!

On Saturday 17/5/2025 myself and my wife returned to the Aintree store to return some unused tiles that were still in their boxes. They are the very large expensive type.
The employee we approached was the same person that sold them to us.
She said oh no we don’t refund any unused tiles and as they were bought in February, and it was now May we couldn’t do anything.
The sales person did not inform us about this when we bought them.
We are absolutely disgusted so please beware of this company. I will not be using them again.

Visited the showroom as was looking to replace 2 bathrooms. Was very impressed with large choice and we found everything we needed. Dealt with Stuart who was a fantastic help throughout the whole process - from ordering, arranging delivery and helping replace a couple of damaged parts. Would highly recommend and would certainly use this place again.

Karen made my experience great, she was so patient with me !

Karen was friendly, professional and informative, she advised us on what would be suitable to meet the needs of my disabled relative, who the bathroom was for.
We were really pleased with the products and service. Would definitely recommend.

Had a quick visit to this store after visiting other bathroom stores. Couldn’t be happier with the service we received from David. He managed to match a tile which was over 30years old. Ok not the same tile but as near as it could be. He was so polite understanding and is a credit to your business! A true gentleman. My tiler is very impressed! Thankyou

Whilst at Aintree store I encountered Lynn. Lynn helped/advised me with my very awkward shaped/sloped bathroom. She came to my home, measured and produced photos of how my bathroom could look which was a great help. Lynn helped me with ideas and products which were all good standard items withput any pressure. There is such a large range I was really glad of the help. I also purchased my tiles from here too, again great standard. I changed my mind about products on a few occasions but again no problem at all. Nothing felt like too much trouble. In Lynn's absence David was also really helpful in sorting my invoice and payment and a last minute change of Tile offering good advice.
My bathroom looks fantastic now and is transformed and much lighter which is
what I wanted. Looks like a completely different room.
I would 100% use this store again and also recommend Lynn and David to all my friends and family.

Love the amount of displays there are in this store, the whole store is set out so well for looking at ideas. Lynn has been our bathroom planner since our first (of many! 😅) visits there and has been brilliant, making suggestions and changes to get us exactly the bathroom we want. Can recommend this store and staff 100%

I don't easily leave reviews as I'm always busy, however, I feel I have to compliment Lynn at the Aintree branch for her outstanding customer service, before, during and most importantly imo, after the sales gone through.

Lynn has generated some amazing designs for our customers and is very helpful & patient throughout the whole process of selecting, colour matching, and ordering.

I have recommended Lynn and her colleagues at Aintree to my family friends and they have all been complimentary.

The service & materials are quality/ high-end. 5stars from me.
