There is so much to choose from in Easy Bathrooms that we were spoilt for choice!
Karen was exceptionally helpful, designing several different layouts until we settled on one. She was so knowledgeable about the products and how items would look together.
We were well informed of delivery date and time and that was really straightforward.
Now that the bathroom is fitted it looks amazing!

Visited Easy Bathrooms due to the large showroom after visiting a few others. Their range is fantastic in comparison, and we were pleased that we could browse without being followed around the store. Spoke with Karen who arranged to come and measure up, then visited her for planning. She was outstanding, very helpful, great service, communication was spot on and just generally could not praise her enough. Really recommend the company, Karen was open and honest, helpful when a few things had to be changed and gave invaluable advice. Love our new bathroom, it is exactly what we wanted and quality is great. Thanks again

We were all so impressed with the Aintree Branch showroom: great range of products, good quality, inspiring displays and clear pricing. Within our group we had two elderly parents (86 and 93) so it was a bit daunting at first but Stuart (Aintree Branch) was absolutely brilliant with us. He gave us time to look for ourselves and then gave us good advice and offered suggestions where appropriate. He was very patient and considerate with my parents which we all appreciated. His suggestions were often exactly what we wanted, for example, he suggested a mirror that was perfect. He provided a quote the same day along with plans and realistic photo designs of the bathroom. He was available on the phone to discuss any changes, payment etc and he really was vital in making this such a positive experience. The showroom is massive and a bit daunting at first but the sales staff bring it to life with the aim of getting exactly what you want. No pushy sales techniques, no slick patter; just honest, expert advice from a professional. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Easy Bathrooms. Thank you Stuart.

After trying several different bathroom outlets without success, we chanced upon Easy Bathrooms in Aintree. It looks quite small from the outside but we couldn't believe how big the showroom was or the choice available. The place is like a tardis!
Within half an hour we were able to choose most of what we wanted but had a few queries so needed some help. All the staff seem attentive, but we were lucky enough to be seen by Karen. What an ambassador for Easy Bathrooms she is, she was outstanding! She seemed to know everything about every product available and given the amount on offer, we were more than impressed. Her manner was professional but also so friendly and she immediately put you at ease to ask questions, however basic they seemed and provide informative guidance without a hint of hard sales, nothing was too much trouble. Afterwards, when we needed to tweak the order and change some items, Karen dealt with that too without issue, providing advice and emailing amended paperwork immediately to reflect the changes.
We recently took delivery of the order and after checking all the items, I can only praise Easy Bathrooms further for the quality of their products and the excellent service that they have provided throughout the purchase.
I would highly recommend their Aintree store, in particular Karen, to anyone looking to purchase any bathroom items or as in our case, a completely new refit.

As soon as we walked into the Aintree showroom Karen was so helpful. She walked us through every style & option. Even after we had placed our order She continued to help us with later alterations to our plans & all the staff helped with our phone queries. We are very pleased with the final result.

When we visited Easy bathrooms we were met by Karen. We were instantly made to feel welcome and that we were in good hands. She has excellent customer service skills and focus. Nothing was a trouble to her. She spent a long time, showing us examples in the showroom, giving us advice on good collaborations, and putting together our order. However what has impressed me even more with Karen is her after sales approach and commitment which you seldom get with companies once they’ve sold you what they want. I’ve made a few phone calls to Karen to explain a specific item and she’s even called out to ensure items were matched up in the right bathrooms with all the correct pieces as we had bought 4 bathrooms with you.
I would definitely recommend Easy bathrooms to others based on my experience with Karen 👍

Great team working in Aintree depo all staff always helpfull and nice.

We went in with a few ideas for two full bathroom renovations. Karen was fantastic start to finish, helped us decide what we wanted and then told us what we needed for it to function, came out herself to measure both bathrooms. Designed both bathrooms in store. We placed the order in January and they happily held it all for us until we were ready for it at the end of March. Delivery was smooth and on time, they don’t bring it up the stairs and we live in a third floor apartment with no lift, but we were well informed of this before hand. Upon installation, we had a few problems which resulted in things having to go back and be swapped (mostly size of incompatibility and not issues with the actual product). I messaged and called Karen directly, who dealt answered every time to help us. The returns were done with absolutely no trouble or questions asked. A couple of the installation products (such as connectors) weren’t the best quality, so our independent fitters went out and sourced their own, more sturdy ones but this was fairly cheap. Overall, great experience in store, would recommend Karen to anyone in a heart beat, products are brilliant at surface level, haven’t used them yet to know how good they are long term but I’m sure they’ll be fine! Can’t comment on installation or tiles as we didn’t purchase from here but our in store experience and customer service was second to none!

If you've ever had to redo your bathroom you know what a challenge it can be, and ours was only just over 2 metre square!! Wherever we can we try and shop local and we looked at a number of places that were cheaper than Easy Bathrooms but were definitley inferior in quality. We most definitely felt it was worth paying the extra and we felt we got value for money. The other places we looked at also only had a small selection of stock to physically look at. Easy Bathrooms Aintree has a huge selection of bathroom simulations to look at and for us that was really important as we needed to actually see the products. Karen had the patience of a saint, walking step by through the process, giving us time to think and making helpful suggestions. She was a star. We chose our own installer and that wasn't an issue. Neither was mixing and matching some items from other stores. Everything was delivered on time. There were one or two little bits that needed to be returned and again there was no issue. You will be able to buy cheaper but for us this was a one off and we wanted to do it right and after a lot of searching Easy Bathroom, for us, was a life saver. I would definitely recommend that you pay them a visit.

After a decidedly poor experience at the Birkenhead store we were persuaded to visit the Aintree store to speak to Dave the manager. The design process was quite easy and as we wanted the installation package it took a bit longer as he did the quote there and then so it took about three hours but we left happy and with an order placed.
The installation was done by one of their selected subcontractors who was excellent, the whole job took roughly three weeks from start to finish, we have a few little niggles still outstanding but everything else was done to our satisfaction.

This is not what we were told by the Birkenhead store so double check what ISN’T included in the installation price to avoid any confusion, window coverings etc

Easy process went in found what I was looking for got it ordered and got a phone call when the stock arrived was on sale which was a bonus

We purchased a full bathroom only 2 years ago. Bath panel at the bottom has split away only around 10cm long so not the full panel yet. Told this is not covered by the warranty as the panel itself is not waterproof and it is our fault there was water sitting on seal... Time again i said there isn't as we would have mould etc but no not covered by warranty. A bath panel that isn't waterproof.. Couldn't write it. Customer service awful no help at all i've had to chase for a replacement.

From start Karen at Easy Bathrooms was absolutely amazing throughout our bathroom renovation. She dealt with all my changes (and there were a few 😅) with patience and a smile. Everything arrived when arranged, and when one item was missing she reorganised delivery for the very next day — so smooth and stress-free.

The tiles are gorgeous (we chose Jupiter and Eddie Crema), the black taps and shower are great quality, and I love the ribbed vanity. We’re so happy with everything that we’re already going back for more tiles! Karen is brilliant at her job — I highly recommend her! (Easy Bathrooms Aintree)
