Extremely disappointed. The print I ordered was genuinely great quality, but it wasn’t the size clearly advertised on the website.

I reached out to customer service, and Rosie was unhelpful she insisted the issue was with the frame I ordered, not the print itself. It’s very unusual to advertise a print in inches and then send a completely different size.

No refund or reprint was offered, just told to buy another frame. Messages were then ignored.

A real shame, as the product quality was there, but the service completely let it down. Avoid.

Und mal wieder: Schicke Werbung auf insta, tolle Fotos, toller website text - super stylish, höchte Qualität versprochen, ganz viel integrity und brand versprechen.
Der hohe Rabatt hätte als red-flag reichen sollen. Aber es wird ja Rückerstattung angeboten bei Nichtgefallen.
Dann 3 große Bilder im Rahmen erhalten. Leider sofort schon am Gewicht gemerkt, dass hier was nicht stimmt.
3-fache Enttäuschung: Rahmen ist nicht aus Holz, wie beschrieben sondern billig Laminat. Acryl-Glas ist super spiegelig (nix mit gallery-grade) und die Prints selber haben zwar ne gute Druckqualität, sind in der Auflösung aber schlecht hochskaliert und sehen von Nahem schlecht aus. Alles Dinge die man auf der Website nicht sieht und auf die Brand quality vertrauen muss. Also sehr enttäuscht support kontaktiert. Parallel immer wieder emails von "Philip the founder" erhalten mit noch mehr 30% Rabatt Angeboten. Alles natürlich automatisiert. Support sagt dann, ich muss den Rückversand der großen Bilder selbst zahlen. Laut EU Verbraucherschutz muss ich das nicht, da die Ware eindeutig nicht wie beschrieben ist. Ist ihnen egal. Dann wurde aus NL versendet. Ich darf es aber nicht dahin zurücksenden, sondern soll es nach London schicken. Das ist natürlich
viel teuerer aus der EU raus mit Zoll und allem. Ist auch nicht rechtskonform. Ist ihnen auch egal. Also da ich keinen internationalen Rechtsstreit mit Philip anfangen für 400€ muss ich Lehrgeld zahlen und für 38€ nach London versenden. Das hat dann geklappt und ich habe meinen Kaufpreis erstattet bekommen. Das es kein Holz, sondern "Holz-finish" (wtf?) ist haben sie eingestanden. Finger weg von shiny Insta-brand. Lieber bei echten Gallerien kaufen.

I sent an item back to the returns address they gave me.

Royal Mail attempted delivery on 21 August and 27 August.

I'm not sure why nobody is available to receive the item, or if Royal Mail cannot find their address even though they told me they had "added instructions via the Royal Mail portal"

They are now asking me to confirm the address details I gave Royal Mail, which was the address they gave me and the Royal Mail tracking says "you've already requested a change (of address)"

So I have no idea why they're simultaneously asking me confirm delivery address whilst requesting a change!

It all feels like an attempt to avoid receiving the item back and processing my refund
