My family ordered the Eastmonts headphones for Christmas gift. Long story short we over ordered. They were quick to address my request for refund. We have not put in play on the slopes yet we did play around the house and very happy with quality. I would definately recommend.

I ordered the product almost one month ago, I only received the confirmation order email and after that nothing at all.
I found exactly the same product in Amazon for 14 euros ( 23 euros less) and it arrived 4 days after.
Never order here .

Thoroughly disappointed with the service I received. I ordered a present for my sister from this website with what they describe as Santa speed shipping. The tracking froze and they replied very slowly, not to mention there is no customer service phone line! So now I am going into Christmas Eve and Christmas Day with no presents for my sister because of their lack service and terrible shipping times. I ordered over 10 days ago. Safe to say I would never be ordering here again, maybe their Santa speed shipping will arrive for Christmas 2026….

The order was sent and I received a tracking link but then at the 14th of December I stopped moving at the airport of Amsterdam I guess. It has been 5 business days in between and no movement yet! Reached out to customer service but zero response! Their gos my Christmas presents, a lot of money wasted!!!

I ordered eastmonts tunes 2 weeks ago and no sign of them . I have sent numerous emails but they will not answer me. This site is a total scam and I have lost a lot of money. Please do not use them

Il mio pacco risulta fermo in aeroporto in Italia dall 11 dicembre...ho scritto 2 giorni fa al servizio clienti e non mi ha risposto nessuno. Meno male che ho pagato con Paypal così apro subito una contestazione per avere il rimborso per pacco mai consegnato.

I accidentally ordered the wrong number of items. I sent an email to them and they responded within a day and adjusted my order with no issues.
