Great product and Great Customer Service experience.

We had a concern about the product and customer service was incredibly helpful. They replied quickly every time and were able to come up with a solution that worked. This company is extremely easy to work with!

My kids loved these (aged 15-23). My eldest son promptly took off the youngest! He snowboards hard and wore the whole time in Japan. Easy for them to use and very comfortable. Plus what fantastic customer service - thank you Revina , promptly answered my questions within 24 hours. I have ordered four for my children who are in different countries - Canada and Australia. They arrived very quickly especially since it was over Christmas period. Just a pity the extra ones I ordered on Christmas Day didn't arrive in time for our trip -my own fault- , hence the older one using the younger ones!

In a world where customer service is now extremely poor and agents are chatbots and not real people...This company is nothing like that! Their customer service is a real person and they respond promptly. The customer service rep knows what they are doing and can help you without having to escalate your issue to a manager or someone else. They also do not complicate anything! They are simple and straight forward. Easy to work with and communicate with. I don't know if they are US based but it doesn't matter because the service was perfect. And they treat you with kindness, fairness and respect. What other company does that anymore? Seriously. I am giving them 5 -stars because their customer service truly is 5 stars. I haven't had a positive experience like that in a few years. So I asked for a link to write this review because they deserve it.

Unfortunately the product is a 1/5 but the customer service was a 5/5…
Sound quality is horrendous, so tinny lacking all low frequencies. Also the control box is pretty bulky, it wouldn’t ever fit under your helmet forward you have to wear it backwards which isn’t a problem tbh. It’s not too bad to wear, fits okay.
Their saving grace was their customer service, I wanted to return the product and they were very kind and polite, they refunded me (minus restocking fee, clearly outlined on their website) and said to keep the product. I guess the speakers are so cheap it’s more expensive to ship it back.

Ik dacht dat mijn pakketje niet was aangekomen en heb daarom de klantenservice gemaild. Zij reageerden ontzettend snel (binnen een half uur). De klantenservice deed duidelijk hun best om te helpen en was erg begripvol. Uiteindelijk bleek dat mijn zusje mijn pakketje had verstopt.

Het product is verder wat je kunt verwachten voor 30 euro. Het past goed en is gemaakt van dun materiaal, waardoor het daadwerkelijk onder een skihelm past. De geluidskwaliteit is niet geweldig, maar voor deze prijs meer dan goed genoeg.

Kortom, de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding en de klantenservice zijn uitstekend!

I can’t explain how fantastic the customer service is! I ordered two skitunes, but one came defective. I contacted customer service and they not only sent me a new pair, but gave me 10% cash back on my order! I recommend their products and this company is the best!

I ordered ski tunes for a Christmas gift. The product was great however we had a problem with the fit. My husband has an extra large head and felt the ski tunes were too tight. The company was very accommodating and made the refund extremely easy.
