East Coast Appliances were able to diagnose the fault with my dishwasher over the phone and replaced the faulty component within 48 hours of my initial enquiry. Quick, friendly service at a reasonable price. I would definitely use again.

Bosch integrated (built-in) microwave light bulb replacement £90 (£62.50 labour + new light bulb £12.50 + VAT £15). Quick and efficient: only took the repair man 10 minutes. I know youngsters with good eyesight and practical skills can change the bulb themselves but oldies like me have to ask for help.

The service we received was fantastic. From an initial phone call an engineer was very quickly on site and a new part for our dishwasher ordered. East Coast Appliances kept us informed of progress and came and fitted the new part very promptly. The engineer was friendly and had the part replaced very quickly. Really great service, came back to me very quickly after initial enquiry and fixed our broken electric oven within three days, even though we were outside their normal area of operation.

WE HAVE USED THIS COMPANY ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS IN THE LAST 6 MONTHS NOW AND THEY HAVE BEEN 1ST CLASS EACH TIME AND REASONABLY PRICED. ANY PROBLEMS ON OUR EQUIPMENT IN THE FUTURE AND WE WILL HAPPILY CALL THEM OUT.

Our dishwasher leaked. I called East Coast Appliances. They suggested something I could try myself first of all so as to avoid paying for a call-out unnecessarily, but that didn't work. Called back and arranged an engineer call-out for the following day. Knowledgeable engineer examined the machine, diagnosed the problem, explained it to me and ordered the parts. He returned a few days, fitted the parts (new sprayer arms) and the problem was fixed. Helpful, prompt, friendly but professional service. Highly recommended.

Great people! When we were caught without our Maintenance Engineer due to Covid, Doug and his team came to the rescue. Impressed!

Quick. Professional. Reasonably priced

I have used East Coast Appliances twice on different appliances in recent months and found them to be prompt, polite, professional and clear. On one occasion they were able to effect a repair, on the second they were not (the washing machine had been in continuous use since 2000 and the part was not available).

He was prompt, friendly and professional and the cost was reasonable.
The only thing we should have asked (our fault ) is we should have asked him to wear a mask but this only really occurred to us after he had visited.

Our small grill/oven had stopped working, and the seal on the larger oven had broken. I rang East Coast Appliances, got a very prompt response and an appointment for an engineer two days later. He called, assessed what was needed and the following day Doug called to say that one part could be done, one was unavailable at present. We discussed what was best to do, and came to the conclusion to have the seal mended. It was ordered, and completed two days later in time for Christmas. I mentioned to the engineer that we needed to use the company to mend the ice box on our fridge/freezer, he took a look at it and started it working without the need for spare parts or further repair. The service has been excellent, reasonably priced and East Coast Appliances have been very good at communicating with us. I am thoroughly impressed and would use them for any domestic appliance repairs in future.

I cannot recommend this company more highly. The service was excellent from start to finish. Doug and his team went the extra mile to replace an in built fridge/freezer for my father. Very professional company.

I was determined to fix my dishwasher rather than throw it away and buy a new one so, after no luck with AEG / Electrolux (as the appliance is over 12 yrs of age) I found Doug at East Coast Appliances.

Customer service was excellent- he got back to me the same day which is rare these days. He found the part and replaced it within a week.

He was very personable and knowledgeable and fixed the fault really quickly. There were no hidden costs and although the part itself was expensive Doug’s charges were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend and will certainly use again for any appliance problems in the future.
