There was a slight delay in the items arriving (took about 2 weeks maybe) - which I had been expecting from a couple of reviews and I wasn't in a hurry. But the fact that the owner Chris emailed (and I think tried to call) to apologise unprompted for the delay is outstanding customer service!! Beautiful ethos all around, what a great company

Your whole ethos is very good, something I really admire. I prefer to wear natural materials, but know how damaging cotton production can be to the environment (I was a professional ecologist), and the fact that you do not use pesticides, your working practices sound great etc.
The only reason for 4 stars is that the t-shirt was too small - & that was probably my misundestanding of your sizing categories.

I am really pleased with the products I've brought at Earth Wardrobe. They are a lovely company to deal with and provide great customer service. It feels good to be buying from such an ethical company, offering good quality, organic clothing at affordable prices. I'll definitely be buying from them again.

Apart from the fact that the shipment arrived with a significant delay, the clothes were of very good quality. A shipment discount has been offered for the next order.

Lovely products, easy ordering. Ethical materials

I ordered a bomber Jacket on the 4th of February 2026. My credit card got debited the next day for the amount of £21.49. Promised delivery was for approximately the 6th. After many queries someone called Chris said it would be delivered today the 12th February. Still nothing and Royal mail this morning still had nothing. I sent another email (there is no phone number) just before 12:00 then looked at Royal mail at 14:00 and finally they had just received the parcel in Edinburgh at 13:11. Not good and wont buy again from them.

So pleased to have found this company based in Scotland and selling beautiful organic basics. Lovely soft cotton and gorgeous vibrant hues. Just the ticket to keep rainy winter blues away.

I can't review the clothes properly as I haven't worn or washed them yet but the quality appears good and I like the company's ethical credentials.
When there was a delay in shipping the order because they were awaiting replacement stock, Chris, Earth Wardrobe owner, took the trouble to email me to apologise and explain which I much appreciated.

Excellent customer service by the company contacting me to follow up with me when I received a delivery and then requested an exchange for a different size.

Swapping sizes is free with no additional delivery expense.

Earth Wardrobe were great to deal with and the tank I bought is gorgeous - simple boxy design and lovely faded black.

I have purchased a number of bralettes  from Earth Wardrobe. Having  tried other makes  I  found none can match them for comfort.   I experienced a problem with some orders either taking a long time to arrive or not arriving at all. I understand some  items  are not always available from the manufacturer which may account for the problem . When items failed to arrived I contacted Earth Wardrobe and they replied promptly and refunded the missing items .

It would be really helpful if Earth Wardrobe could inform their customers when items are unavailable or if there will be a delay in the delivery. I am happy to wait a few weeks for a delivery or to have the option of  ordering a different colour if the colour I have ordered is unavailable. 

Brilliant communication , excellent quality garments , easy to return if you get the wrong size . I have been searching for quality styles like this for years .
