Support used to be good but they haven’t been good for me in a long time. I can’t get ANY offer released early bc they come up with some crap and say they can’t. Funny thing is I literally saw people on the chat saying they got the same offers released early but yet me some stupid excuse I’m just about done with earnlab bc I have more issue than not these days and there are plenty of sites like these legit sites out that I don’t have to put up with their bs anymore bc I use them sorry earnlab yall suck and yall are going rapidly downhill

Never got paid for completing a 40$ offer. Showed receipt and screenshot of completion spent my own money and contacted support SEVERAL times and just keep getting the run a round it's been a few months still nothing

We’ve checked your case, and the reason you haven’t received the reward yet is that the offer didn’t track on the offerwall’s side.
In situations like this, we unfortunately cannot credit the task ourselves. The offerwall must first verify and approve the completion. This is why our support team directed you to submit your proof to the offerwall and wait for their review.
I understand it’s disappointing, especially after spending your own money, but we’re not able to override the offerwall’s decision or speed up their internal process. As soon as they confirm your completion, the reward will be automatically credited to your EarnLab account.

I still haven’t gotten the task I completed and spent 30$ on credited and every time I chat with earnlab they say it is the other platform and it’s basically the run around.
