Your account was restricted after an internal compliance review identified clear fraudulent activity, including repeated violations of our fair-use policies. As a result, the account was permanently banned in accordance with our Terms of Service. This decision was based on objective verification and was not related to normal platform usage.

Questo include il corretto tracciamento, l’idoneità dell’account e il fatto che l’offerta non sia già stata completata in precedenza.

In this case, your report was reviewed by our support team and escalated directly to the advertiser (Adscend Media), who is solely responsible for verifying offer completion.

Unfortunately, the advertiser was unable to confirm that the offer was completed in full compliance with the required instructions and tracking conditions outlined in the offer terms. When an advertiser declines verification, we are unable to manually credit the reward, even if external receipts or screenshots are provided, as completion must be confirmed through their tracking system.

Please note that this does not mean the platform ignores user concerns, all such cases are carefully reviewed and escalated when possible. However, final validation always rests with the advertiser.
