Hi Nick. Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback. Its always great to hear back from our customers with their experience.
We are delighted that you are happy with the paint and we do apologise for the extended delivery. All our products are handmade and production has caused an issue for us for some products over the summer and we are obviously working to fix bottlenecks in our system so we can get orders out as quickly as possible. But we hope that you are pleased with the final results. Kind Regards David@earles
Impressive

Great technical knowledge at customer…
Great technical knowledge at customer services, prompt delivery of colour samples, have yet to try the product in anger but fingers crossed it lives up to the other reviews as it is a third of the cost of other breathable paints.

Excellent paint (linseed oil paint)…
Excellent paint (linseed oil paint) although not the easiest top apply! Covers wood beautifully.
Prompt service by Earles for, making, packing and delivery.
A little disappointed that the paint price increased from £60 to£72 unless than a month of purchase.

Hi Jasmin
Thanks for the review and we are delighted that you loved the paint and the quick delivery service.
As you point out prices have increased due to the increased costs for raw materials. But we do try to keep our prices as competitive as possible compared similar products, and we really think that they offer great value for money.
Regards

I probably missed it but I couldn’t see delivery info pre purchase. Would have been useful to know courier and that it was next day.

Impressive breathable masonary paint & service
I had some questions prior to purchase which were answered personally, promptly and knowledgeably. I ordered samples followed by an order - and another as I had underestimated the amount needed (I have a grade 2 with a variety of different painted areas). All deliveries arrived promptly.
I’m so impressed with the paint. It appears very clear/liquidy going on but quickly dries with colour. We’ve only got one coat on so far due to the weather but my painter and I are very impressed - my painter is going to use it on his new (old!) cottage!
Earles paint have satisfied my painter, myself and my CO with its breathable qualities. Thank you.

Outstanding
Possibly the most friendly and professional company I have had the pleasure to have used, I cannot recommend Earles Paint highly enough. Knowledgeable and helpful, and they also actually answer the phone unlike most companies nowadays! The paint is absolutely beautiful to work with and their colour matching service is outstanding! A true treasure in the modern world. Thankyou so much!

Easy to order
Easy to order, informative web site, including images of use of product, colours used. I selected local delivery thinking I could collect it from a participating business and that there would be further options for selection. Not receiving any I called their office. The staff member I spoke to was helpful, happy to chat, and resolved the problem easily. Product arrived intact the following day.
