Sorry I only got to write my review today as I'm referring to the work done on my front door last Thursday afternoon. Our front door had become jammed and we had to gain entry though our side window for 2 days as we were both in work and had no time to get it fixed. A gentleman named Ronan from your company called out . To say Ronan went above and beyond what we expected was an understatement. We had a complex 3 lock system on our door before it had jammed tight , which I told him to just override and put a simple new barrel and key lock in and we would be very happy with that. Ronan said he would see if he could save the system we had and then put the new barrel and lock in. I was minding both my young grandchildren and was having a tough day with them. Ronan had no problem letting me watch him work with my grandson in my arms to calm him down. I saw first hand how he took the whole door system apart , layed it on the ground and worked on it for over 90 minutes! By the time Ronan was finished we had our original 3 lock system back in working order plus our new barrell , lock and 3 new keys. The front door is now as safe as it ever was thanks to him. This man was a gent and a professional from start to finish and is a credit to your company. Thank you Ronan and Dyno lock. I highly recommend you both for an excellent professional service to anyone.

Katie in the office responded to my initial callout request. Found her very professional & helpful and she arranged for Ronan to visit property to change a number of door locks. Ronan was very fast in getting the locks changed and called me a few times to cross check and make sure he covered everything. Katie & Ronan provided excellent service & nothing was too much trouble for either of them. Cost was reasonable too. Therefore highly recommending Dyno Locks & in particular Ronan the Locksmith

Had my front door lock replaced and new keys. There was a delay with response after my first few emails. Later when I rang they were very helpful. Explained the charge . Had someone out to me in no time . The fella that came out was friendly, lock and keys sorted 🙂

Great service... very efficient. Garage had told me it could take 2-3 weeks to order part....from phone call to to completion took approximately 2 hours with Dyno Locks...Ramos was a gentleman. Replaced ignition starter in my Skoda....thanks so much.

Really excellent service and quick response, with great communication throughout. We contacted them while we were abroad after our car keys were stolen. When we returned, they had a new key ready for us! Highly recommend!

Excellent service from picking up the phone to job complete. Cliff arrived within 45 minutes of calling. He was an extremely nice guy and very professional, showed me step by step what he was doing and outlined clearly what had to be replaced. He did an exceptional job. I had problems with my front door for the last few weeks and it finally decided to not open anymore, forced to use the window downstairs to exit and enter the house. The lock and door handle wasn’t working , the door was jammed.
I called dyno locks and within 30 mins a locksmith named Ronan was there and investigated and repaired the lock within the door, done smoothly. Highly recommend.

Locked out of our house with 3 small children at 8.30pm on school night. Tried calling several locksmiths with no joy. Called Dyno lock and from the get go the person on the call was super helpful. He organized Ronan who was with us in 5 minutes. Ronan was amazing and extremely professional. It was not a straightforward job as out lock as very worn. He gave us some great advise which we really appreciated.
